Re: Bloodborne
Picked up TLOU/Bloodborne PS4 bundle today.
People said the game was hard, but this is unreal.
I was eaten by a werewolf five seconds in, got stuck for a half hour until I found a ladder, which led me to an area where some zombies sitting around a campfire are killing me faster than I can even figure out whats happening. 90% of my game time is the reloading screen.
I'm regretting opening it.Comment

Re: Bloodborne
I only got bloodtinge up enough to use the weapon I wanted, I'm working on Arcane now on my build as everything else is pretty much as maxed as I can get. Arcane gets you a lot of perks with weapons though.Comment

Re: Bloodborne
I played this game for five hours last night. Didn't get off until 2am.
I started over with the cane/blunderbuss and Lone Survior origin. I know people say the cane is the hardest starter weapon, but after five hours with the axe and almost two with the saw, I feel like I enjoy the cane the most.
I made it to Father G last night. I had a little over 14k in Blood Echos and he killed me. I was able to just run back to him, recover my blood echos and tried to use Hunters Mark to send me back, but he killed me again. The next time I was able to grab the echos and use it to send me back to Hunters Dream, whew!
I wasn't able to upgrade stats before Father G killed me, but I am able to now. I just need to figure out the best attributes to level up.
A few questions -
Best attributes to build up early on? I am a Lone Survior origin
Where can I find my bloodstones to upgrade me weapon?
Should I see my old clothing or what items should I sell?
I ran into some big type animal beast in the sewers. Should I even waste my time with him or Cleric Beast? I feel like I want to destroy them!
This game here, this game is so much fun. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I do, but I love the grinding. I haven't gotten far, but it's just so much fun.Comment

Re: Bloodborne
This is how I'm looking right now - what else should I be upgrading?

I think I need to farm or something. I'm a little past Brandwin now, and I'm a much lower level.Comment

Re: Bloodborne
You should be a level 100ish when you go to beat the game. I was 125. To platinum you should be over 140 (the dungeons are brutal). Obviously everyone will be different as these are just baselines.

Re: Bloodborne
Yeah, it varies. I'd say that's about right though. I think was about level 85 at the end of the game.Comment

Re: Bloodborne
Vicar Amelia down on first try. Heading into woods on the left of the temple when exiting. Some guys with electric or lightening in their weapons wiped me out.
Not sure if route I should go. Can't seem to find Yarh'gul Unseen Village or Hemwick Charnel Lane.Last edited by Brandwin; 06-27-2015, 10:26 PM.Comment
