Was watching one of my favorite Bloodborne streamer today and he dropped some knowledge on the living doll, she's created in Maria's likeness as Maria was Gherman's apprentice. Then Maria was sent to the research center to guard the area where Kos has held up for the nightmare. I never made that connection but it makes complete sense. There's so many levels to this game's lore and story that you could really have a round table discussion about it for hours. Which is why I do love it so much, there's no hand holding, you're just doing the work of the hunters because it's what you're told to do, then learning the what and why as the night goes on.

So last night I beat Rom the spider in dungeon and that dungeon was hard and not as easy as the others even for my level 182 character

I will hate to think how hard it will be later on.

In regards to Lore....I also read that some think that the winter lantern is the doll who was abducted after Ludwig died....I hate those winter lanterns and their frenzy poison....And creepy song

ROM in the dungeons was soooo hard for me. Something with the pillars or what, but he took me forever to beat. Easily one of my hardest bosses. I've said it before, it always makes me laugh how different bosses are difficult for everyone. Sign of such a great game.

Well I am sure you beat Rom the spider in the dungeon with less level then me. When I fought him in main game at lower level I almost quit as he was hard for me and took me all my vials in storage. This time he was not as hard as I died once but went back in and won the second fight rather easy as my weapon smoked him and combined with the beast spell made it easier.

But I do agree that some bosses are harder to others like my super visor told me he hated vicar amelia and I beat her first try but he told me he found main game rom easy and I found him impossible

The winter lanterns song is even nastier in the dlc due to the caves and hollow sound...LOL

Just need 1 more trophy and I am done....The last boss in the dungeon....I am in the third level of the dungeon and that thing is hard as my energy is cut in half by the system automatically for that dungeon...I am getting one shot deaths on me...

I gotta beat it and then start the grand final dungeon where that boss is and get my platinum trophy

Shockingly. The Queen is pretty easy considering how long it takes you to get to her.

Yes I believe that as I seen some videos and I know that I would handle her quick but I am level 196 and I feel like level 70 with that much of my energy removed in that dungeon...LOL

I walked in and first thing I see is a medium walking spider with a witch face and I try and run behind it to kill it and it turns quickly and blows fire on me and am dead on the spot one shot...LOL

I was shocked till I saw that my energy is real low...LOL

Incredibly but after I get that last trophy I will want to do more deeper dungeons and maybe we can set up matches where we can join OS members who still play and beat those dungeons

I will contact 42 for some help...LOL

this game is super hard for me and i just started. I can't beat the first boss, not even close. forgot it's name but it's like a giant dog like thing. I've run out of molotov cocktails and everything else. the most damage i've done on it is like 10-15 percent. any tips on how to defeat it?

Am down to help people if they want...My hunter is level 198 and am using my beast transformation outfit from DLC with the claw trying to get it to level up and learning the moves...
