Rainbow Six Siege

Holy **** I just clutched a round in ranked offense, 1v5 against a team that had a bunch of 15 w/l and 2k/d. I was 0-5 coming into the round and I guess the adrenaline was playing for me.

We should have beaten those guys, but we lost a guy in the third round and played 4v5 the rest of the way. Took them to the final round of OT and lost 4 rounds to 5.

Edit: it was actually 1v4, a teammate killed someone right at the beginning. Here's the video though. The defuser was opposite side of the house so I had no choice but to push against time.

How did you know someone would be coming down the stairs? You seemed to time that perfectly.

Nicely done, Mikey... I'm guessing you heard the guy on the stairs before you saw the guy. Those types of rounds are probably the most rewarding FPS moments I've had since....maybe S&D many many CODs ago? Probably not even those top when you pull one out for your team in R6S against all odds. Congrats sir. Nice video too.

Can't be overstated the quality of the sound in this game. Using the Sony Gold headset and downloading the FPS setting off the Headset Companion App, its remarkable how much information I get from just hearing things around me.

Edit: actually, I heard him above me, but didn't realize he was coming down the stairs at that time. My friend was on that corner stairs camera and told me to back up there's a guy coming down right now.

I must say it was a big wasted opportunity for this game to not have a story mode. Considering how each operator have a cool intro video, I would have loved to have played their back story. Could have made for a long and epic campaign.

I haven't even played online yet, just plugging away doing the situations, which I must say it is way harder then I thought it would be.

Wife just picked this up for me for xmas for PS4. It will be my first R6 game so im excited/nervous. Never played a shooter like this one before. I love the variance with operators. Gonna definitely unlock Glaz first.

Watch the tutorials and do some situations for knowledge and free points to unlock a character before jumping online. This game has a small learning curve.

Took advantage of the psn sale for rainbow 6. Played a good couple of hours yesterday and am liking this game so far.

Got the game for christmas been messing around with the situations to get used to everything. Really like the style of game it's a nice change of pace compared to other shooters.

Go slow, use your drones, tap instead of hold the fire button, use lean when you aim down sights
