I am renting it from GameFly, should be here tomorrow or Wednesday. I played it already on PS3 and it was terrific. I may end up buying it from GF just to keep it in my collection. I didn't keep the PS3 version cause I knew I the console was in it's last days. My wife got me the strategy guide, which, while completely unnecessary, is really nice. Gonna play through this again and enjoy it, hope this and The Show tides me over until Madden.

As many have said in this thread and the original TLOU thread, I envy the guys playing this for the first time. It is special. And I hear the new 60 fps is a real difference maker.

I am so weak.

I had a $25.00 GameStop Rewards credit, a $30 credit from previous trade-ins, and FIFA 14 (gonna be getting 15) and Rayman Legends to trade in. So I pre-ordered TLOU: Remastered and Madden 15, paid both in full and only owed $16.00 total.

So I will be picking up TLOU tomorrow and also getting it via GameFly. Ugh. I'll send it right back in so someone else can have a chance at it but now I need another game to GameFly.

Question to anyone that's played it: I just watched some 60 FPS gameplay and my oh my, it looks disorienting.

Does anyone have any impressions on this?

Don't have it yet but just an FYI. Watching it via YouTube or other means of video streaming will be a mess and won't justify 60fps accurately. You'll need to experience it.

Unfortunately, I think Left Behind needs to be unlocked.



Though I can't confirm that.



I'd tell you when to do the switch, but since I don't want to spoil anything, it's not worth spoiling things unless we know it's for sure not an "unlockable."

gamespot review said it's unlocked from the get go.

Have to ask as im very curious...what was the first gaming console that you ever owned and played?

The original Atari and after that the original Nintendo. From there Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. I've had just about every game console that's ever existed.

I've never been so hooked to a game, story, and characters like I was in The Last of Us.

Same for me. Atari 2600 was my first console. Although I can't say definitively this is the best game of all time for me it is the in the conversation for sure.

I haven't preordered anything on the PS4 before, have any of you guys? If so when can we expect the game to open up to be available to download.

(Just wish this game would have started pre-order late enough to have pre-load available)

No. You cannot play it first. It's best to play The Last of Us and then go back and play Left Behind.

Okay, nice. I was asking because I have never seen anyone list Elder Scrolls, Fallout and TLOU as their top three games of all time.
