About the madden $10 thing I have not got it either. It has been like 18 days since the game came out I think and I heard it is only suppose to take 14-16 days but I have never done this before. Before like late last year I didn't know about the games club thing and used to get games from amazon before I had to pay tax and because amazon used to give things like this for preordering. On the best by forms I have seen that it can take up to 20 days. So I am going to give it a few more days before I try to call or something.

I posted about it on their forums, one of their mods said they are trying to get this fixed by the end of the week.

I just called the corporate CS number and I had a rep tell me they are having issues with this promotion(really?) and they have a September 19th date as the date to deliver the certificates.

I'm not a happy camper because NBA 2k is coming out on the 16th. They said keep checking until the 19th. The rep told me I could come back after I purchased the game and then once the certificate comes in and apply the certificate at that time.

I'm going to talk to the manager and see if I can't open the game up because this is a mistake on their part.

Dumb question, did you bring a copy of the flyer with you? Thats what I always had to do when I did the Madden Deal. Its amazing how clueless they are to these things when its advertise in the weekly ad.

Well no but funny you ask because they knew nothing about it and was just going to give me $10. Thankfully I brought up the OS thread about the deal and opened the Best Buy page and showed it to them and then the manager said he'd do it like Madden.

I do wonder if I didn't have a smart phone to access the deal if I'd been out of luck evaluate when I got home I looked in my Best Buy ad for the week and didn't see anything about this deal..

Hmmm, interesting when I go to Best Buy.com and click on weekly ad its on the 4th page. Maybe I will print a copy of that when I do this trade in.

This must have been in last weeks ad, this weeks as on page four has nothing about games in it (it's all about tvs and tv mounting kits)

Anyways...I just called Best Buy support about my missing Madden preorder $10 reward zone certificate and sure enough, they said there's a glitch and the certificates will be released September 19th, which I guess means I'll put that on another game since NBAs already paid for..

How does this even happen? Why do we have to wait another week when they've known months in advance they were going to be giving these coupons out? I understand glitches happen but seriously how?

And why don't they send out an email or something instead of just hoping people wait?
