I got one of those mystery rewards emails and the only way to know how much is to go into the store and buy something? Mine expires tomorrow.

No, just go online to their site, make sure you're not logged in, put something in your cart and check out, then it'll ask you to input your login and any certificates if you have them... do that and you will see how much the reward certificate is for and the "mystery" will be over.

Yeah, I received $5 reward but I can't complain as it gave me enough for COD: IW in combination with two other reward certs and a $10 gift card that I had.

Believe mine said it expired on the 5th... ONLY worked in store though. I also tried mine online and they did not work.
The paper/email states you have to take in in store.. (I think)

Tried to pre-order COD IW and my reward zone points aren't showing up when I checkout even though I have $50 in them so I can't get the $10 pre-order credit.

Weird as mine certainly would not work online but did in store.
... Plus I have NEVER been able to use certs to pre-order... I'll need to look into that.

You have to manually issue the certificate on your account for the amount you want. If you don't, your points won't show up at the register when you check out.

This is the story... I traded some stuff in and pre-ordered Wildlands online... Paid in full with GC... But now I'm kinda thinking I want to pick up the new COD... The ****ty part is I tossed those GC after I pre-ordered.

Am I screwed now? Or is there a way to get GCs back after pre-ordering something?

Are GC's gift cards or gift certificates?

If you're talking about a gift card, I believe you can just return your other game and they can put it back on another gift card.

If it's a gift certificate, that certificate can/will be placed back into your account... though you'll only have a limited time before you have to use them again (which shouldn't matter much since you want to turn it around to buy COD). The only other problem is they don't come back immediately, so you may be waiting on them for a while.
