So my questions to you is, how the hell do you swim!

You hop in the water and the rest takes care of itself. Only thing you need to do is come up for some air when your oxygen meter goes in the red.

If you mean control wise, its like you're in a airplane. Move the camera/anolog UP to dive and move the camera/anolog down to go back up for air.

EDIT: Oh yea, btw, swimming increases your "running speed" skill faster than running on land.

i have tried this, and my dude just sinks, i have tried it with and without weapons and armor and all the other crap i am carrying. Maybe i am picking shallow areas to test my swimming abilities.

Your guy sinks? Wow, it must be the character you created because my guy took to the water like a newborn. I was just thinking that iff you have to much armor on, you might sink but I dont think thats the case. It may be that your character does'nt know how to swim. Its alot of variables that determine things like that like which month you were born and your sign and your stats.

I've been dreaming of playing this game all weekend but my guys were over and we rocked Halo on XBC for about 24 of the 48 weekend hours. We got kicked from so many rooms for sucking.....even the newb rooms. Yikes!!

Your guy sinks? Wow, it must be the character you created because my guy took to the water like a newborn. I was just thinking that iff you have to much armor on, you might sink but I dont think thats the case. It may be that your character does'nt know how to swim.
