It was the same way for me. I had never gotten around to buying Stick of Truth, and when they announced that it was included free with Fractured, I decided to wait until I pre-ordered Fractured on PSN last weekend. I really enjoyed Stick of Truth.

I missed two chinpokomon and a couple other trophy related things, so I'll be playing Stick of Truth again at some point here, but I had so much fun with Stick of Truth and I am enjoying the hell out of Fractured that both games will undoubtedly get multiple playthroughs in the future.

I got through it on my first try, just used all my movement attacks, occasionally using AOE to remove obstacles, and just constantly going as fast as I could, would get two moves in before she dropped (1 for NK and 1 for CD).
The first time I played it, I kept trying to fight like normal and so I wasn't getting enough forward movement, plus I got caught with Bootay's timer running out on my turn a couple times.

I actually went back and replayed the Bootay mission tonight, and knowing what to do and expect going in, I had no problem. I couldn't do a ton with New Kid since I picked Blaster over Speedster, so he didn't have any real movement attacks, but I was still able to keep him ahead of Bootay without issue.

So instead I turned to Captain Diabetes and his attack where he moves forward multiple spaces and then trades spots with his target, so I was keeping so far ahead of Bootay that it would be impossible for him to get caught up to unless I just skipped multiple turns.

I also changed my tactics in regards to waiting to take Captain Diabetes turn until there was just a little time left on Bootay's timer. That way Captain Diabetes could still use his turn and the timer running out and Bootay making her move would screw one of the strippers out of their turns instead of screwing me out of a turn, as kept happening the first time I ever attempted that battle.

Knowing what to expect and having a game plan going in, yeah, Bootay is actually extremely easy and I was able to reach the end of the room in only maybe three or four turns tops. Unfortunately I didn't adapt on the fly fast enough my first time, I was still trying to fight contentionally as I had been all game and you can't do that in the Bootay part.

I lied, there's one optional/hidden boss fight that's nearly impossible.

I know which one you're talking about. I'm not even going to attempt that until I've beaten all the missions. You better have 800 might or as high as you can get to have a chance of holding your own again that boss.

And just finished the game. Some of the battles in the last two missions, while not really difficult, were really bloody damn annoying either with the rule changes (those who have completed the last mission will understand), or else the waves of enemies that seem to never end each new battle.

That said, damn I enjoyed this game. Definitely a fun game and from the sound of that final scene outside the bedroom, I'm assuming that's them setting things up for a possible third game maybe in the next 2 to 4 years, which if that's the case, I wonder what direction they'll go next. We had fantasy last game and superheroes this game.

Actually, come think of it. I forgot this game is supposed to get two new storyline DLC. So maybe that final scene was setting up one of the DLC stories. I completely forgot there was supposed to be DLC for this.

With a couple missions left to play, I was about 17 1/2 last I saw last night. Between the final missions (to me, the last two take a really long time and are almost needlessly stretched out) and finishing up the final rounds of sweeping every house, business and building for any yaoi, any missed chests, any missed puzzles that I couldn't do before without the last two buddy powers, I'm gonna guess I ended up over the 20 hour mark. When I get a chance later today, I'll check and get an accurate time.

Just shy a few minutes shy of 20 hours is the official time according to my save file, and that's with all yaoi and puzzles completed, all side missions and all character sheet titles finished, so essentially 100%'ing the game.

I just tried my luck, Jesus Christ, that is a tough battle. I went in with my usual team, yeah I had to quit back to checkpoint halfway through because I had no chance with how that battle was turning out.

Switched my teammates around, keeping Toolshed but getting rid of Fastpass and Call Girl in favor of Mysterion and Mosquito. I had to use a ton of Taco Supremes, went through probably half of my stash of Maximum Revive Serums, quite a few Maximum Antidotes, and had to use a Cheesing Gerald, Moses and Classi summon to have a chance.

Multiple times I had 2 or 3 characters go down, somehow managed to keep reviving them, even with New Kid repeatedly being charmed by that bastard.

In the end, I got him down to just 413 health. Used the Classi summon for my final turn with my fart summoned New Kid for 400 damage, watched Mosquito and Toolshed get killed by an AOE attack, then with essentially my final turn for normal New Kid before New Kid would have likely died from the next attack against him, needing only to hit him once for 13 damage, the boss died from the bleeding status effect at the end of his turn and I beat the son of a bitch!

By far, absolutely without a doubt, the hardest fight in the entire game. Nothing comes even remotely close to that battle. You damn well better have 800 might, and hopefully you have some good team bonuses. Critical strike damage and bonus ally health are a must for team bonuses. Status effect damage is also a high priority to have gross and bleeding cause more damage.

I also had Vainglorius Scepter as one of my epic artifacts, which gives all allies extra health equal to my Coonstagram followers count, so all allies had 34% extra health from Team bonuses, then an extra 114 health from having 114 followers on Coonstagram. Pair that up with Tumbler of Erupting Youth so that all healing items provide 100% more health to any team member, and those Taco Supremes were either fully healing people each time or came damn close.

I'm just happy I managed to win that fight, because **** that, I am never attempting that fight again now that I've at least won it once, lol. That fight takes a long damn time trying to whittle down all 9999 health, and I needed some extreme luck to get into a position to be able to win at the end there.

And, after going back in since I apparently never used Professor Chaos' ultimate power and got the trophy for using every ultimate except for the Coon, I have only one final trophy left to get, The Token Experience. So some point when I feel like playing through the story again, just gotta beat it on Mastermind with a black character and I'll have this baby platinumed.

Everything that happened in the Police Department part of the story, The Thin White Line, was absolutely pure gold.

It has been quite a minute since I played Stick of Truth but I believe the best way to beat him was by stacking effects on him.

I played this game for five hours straight yesterday and loved every second, everything from exploring to combat is entertaining and I love the attention to detail.

Beat the game Saturday morning. I've got everything done except I'm missing one piece of artwork. Gonna suck tracking that thing down! Still need to go and fight the "secret boss" too. I loved the game and the new combat system was awesome, but honestly, I guess I still put Stick of Truth above it. That is the only game I've ever played that kept a big, goofy grin on my face through the whole thing. The South Park guys definitely know how to make video games!
