Ok I see that, looks like physical copy only. I'll be getting it for steam.

        Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands

I spent quite a bit of time in the closed and open beta. I thought for sure I'd pre-order once I started playing. However, especially once the open rolled around, I just found myself getting bored, pretty quickly.

There just seems to be a lot of dead space. Especially travelling between missions etc. Sure you have some fast travel spots, but there's just so much dead space it seems still while you drive, or fly to your next location. More scattered enemies on the map would be nice. It would give you something to do on the way to that next mission.

Missions seemed to get a bit repetitive too. Sneak in to this camp, or farm, or village. Interrogate or investigate, or kill someone to unlock more spots on the map to go to the same thing.

That being said, some of the missions are pretty darn fun to plan your attack and then execute it.

The world looks incredible, and it's huge. No doubt about that.

I'm torn on this one still. If I was to buy, it's going to be standard edition only. I bought, and played the heck out of the division, and I have none of the DLC there but I still have an absolute blast and haven't missed any of the DLC nor felt the need to get it. So, I'd go the same route with this one likely and see how it goes. I'm running out of time to decide obviously.

I just don't feel like it lived up to the buzz and hype. Maybe I was expecting a bit more and that's my own fault. I enjoyed it, it looks like a good game, but it just didn't get me as excited to buy and play more like I thought it would.

There are scattered enemies on the map. I have been attacked many times by rogues on my way to the next mission. How much did you play the open beta? Maybe you just didn't play it enough to really see it..

I do agree though this game isn't what many of us thought it was going to be. It's certainly not Ghost Recon IMO. And yes I too am somewhat on the fence about it. I am pretty sure I'll end up getting it though because I'm a sucker for these open world games that look pretty and this one does both of those on my new TV.

I already preordered the game and just waiting for it to pre load on 3/5. To me some of the animations seemed a little off and personally I wasn't too impressed with the graphics but I know this is a game I'll have a lot of fun playing online.

I thought graphics looked very nice but the models looked a bit cartoonlike or something..is that what you mean?

More like the animations didn't seem as fluid. I thought the graphics were nice, but nothing compared to many of the major titles out now. It doesn't look no where near as good as Titan fall2 which came out a while ago. Maybe it's just me? Lol

I agree that Titanfall 2 looks better, no doubt. I know what you mean, Ghost Recon does look good but something about it makes it look like a "video game" whether its the models, the animations or something

I think it looks nice though, certainly the lighting looks really awesome..

Maybe asking a lot of the AI at that point?

This is all in the game as I experienced every single thing you mentioned while utilizing sync shot.

But, I also saw them shoot thru walls and while "getting into position for a shot" walk right into a building with bad guys, but the bad guys wouldn't see them. I would say I saw the wonky stuff happen about 30% of the time.

Just watched the Post launch video released today. Talks about future DLC's. Looks good, and pvp sounds siege-esque. 4 on 4 matches, I wasn't going to get the season pass but after this I might "pull the trigger" on it.

Love to see the PvP mode. Doesn't look as strategic as Siege, but then again not a huge sample size in that video

They would have to put a lot of work in it for it to be on Siege's level. I'm not expecting anything nearly that good, but that trailer looks awesome. Good stuff in the future for this game.
