Does it seem like some of the MP maps are missing? I've probably played 40+ matches and have yet to play on :

Escalation
Clocktower
Rooftops
Bullet Marsh
Process

It seems like I only get Mansion,Fuel Depot, War Machine & Tyro Station. I've played on Mauselum like twice and Old Bones a handful of times. Really want to play Escalation & Clocktower

2 vs. 2 Shotguns-Only Execution is a brand new mode that doesn't have any power weapons.

You can also change what weapons appear in the game if you're playing a private match.

Yeah that's only 2v2 though. Oh well. I'll probably just stick to campaign until these older games launch and play horde online. By the time I distinguish my target as opposed to my teammates my head is already blown off. I didn't play gears 1 online so I have no idea where any of these OP weapons are. Makes it unplayable.

It feels like certain maps are more likely to keep coming up on certain game modes.

In King of the Hill, for instance, it's mostly just Fuel Depot, Gold Rush, Gridlock, Garden, Old Bones, and Tyro Station on repeat.

I've yet to play Bullet Marsh a single time. And I've only played Courtyard, Rooftops, Mausoleum, Sanctuary, and Escalation in private matches where we picked the map rotation ourselves.

I didn't play gears 1 online so I have no idea where any of these OP weapons are. Makes it unplayable.

The weapon spawn locations stay the same every match, so it shouldn't take long to learn them. Especially when the game seems to be running such a limited selection of maps, instead of using them all.

I've only played TDM so far. It seems weird that Clocktower doesnt come up in TDM. That was one of the more popular original maps. I can understand why Escalation doesn't come up due to the asymetrical layout

I'm pretty positive the map of the map (if that makes any since) when loading shows you a picture of where the power weapons are.

Also you can go into private match and find them as well.

Save yourself that extra twenty, it's nothing but weapon skins and two additional character's unlocked.

Yes the overhead map layout you see on the pre-match loading screen marks each power weapon with an X.

Save yourself that extra twenty, it's nothing but weapon skins and two additional character's unlocked.

Most of the skins are super ugly, anyway. I actually wish this game had none of these bright pink and yellow skins for the weapons. It just looks dumb and distracting.

Completely agree with you, I'm glad I got the standard copy and don't want no parts of the color gang. I don't understand why there in to begin with as it was not apart of Gears 1.

They need to hurry up with a update to fix these colors a little, certain maps popping up only for different game types, as well as randomized the Rings in KOTH and Blitz, the order never changes even in a close game it keeps the same order just moves faster smh the little things.

I'm glad I picked this up. I didn't play Gears 1 back in the day so I no pro for sure but it's been fun so far. I really hate the maps with the trains. I must have got flattened 4 times last match.
