Bought this game months ago when it was on sale and then never played it for some reason. Finished my first play through earlier this week. Going to put my end-game results in spoilers just for safety:

I went the peaceful route for the most part. Everyone lived with the exception of Simon, who I shot on the rooftop after our TV statement.

North became Markus' love interest and I guess kissing her was the key to making the president have a heart.

Connor went rogue and joined the androids after befriending the detective guy.

Kara escaped to Canada with Luther and Alice.

All in all, a lot of fun. Don't think I'll restart immediately but hopefully I get back to a second playthrough someday to see some of the other possibilities.

You got great outcomes on your first time. I had a character die on me the first time but liked the other two finishes. So I replayed from a crucial spot 2/3 through the game and did good with the character I lost but got a different one killed lol. I need to try this again. Wife and both kids have done it and we talk about all the possibilities. My daughter has probably played it through 5 times.

Just sitting on the main menu after stopping for the night and Chloe asks if she and I are friends. I said no just to see what happens, and now the menu is just her looking really disappointed. Like damn...I actually felt kinda bad for a second afterwards.

I downloaded during the free PS Plus month, didn't get a whole lot of time to play it but purchased the entire bundle during the Summer Sale. Heavy Rain, Beyond Two Souls and Detroit for $11.99 is a steal.

Just finished this...wow.

With the exception of Alice, I got everyone killed. It was...uh...yeah, it sucked. Just horrible.

Had Marcus go peacefully into the final chapter (had been more aggressive earlier so maybe that screwed me). Refused to negotiate with that one cop because I figured it was a trap. After an ambush, soldiers surrounded what androids were left. I kissed North and then they shot us all.

I had Connor join Marcus' group at Jericho, so he was going to Cyberlife to activate thousands of androids to join the resistance. Right as I was going to start the activation process, another Connor popped up with a gun to Hank's head (how they got there?...I don't know). I chose to sacrifice Hank (sorry dude), so second Connor shot him and then me. As I lay dying, I managed to pull out a gun and take evil Connor out. Then it turned out I made enough contact with the android fleet that they continued activating themselves. Though without Marcus to lead them, who knows where they're going.

Kara and Alice were on a boat to cross into Canada (because I was nice and didn't steal a couple's bus tickets). While in the water, border guards shot at the boat. I chose to protect Alice, which seemed fine until Kara stood up and Alice noticed that Kara had been shot. With ten minutes until she died, Kara lightened the load on the boat, got out, and pushed it the rest of the way to Canada. After seeing that Alice made it, Kara shut down as Rose and Adam's headlights shone on her and Alice.

I'm just now getting to this game. I don't know why I never even considered this game. I saw a list of single player games to play and remembered that I had this game via PS Plus. After replaying Heavy Rain a couple years ago, I didn't realize this was developed by same developer and was a similar game. For a game that came out 7 years ago, it's still a great visual experience. I wasn't sure with this game being 30fps. But, this is the type of game where 30fps is no issue. I always like these type of games where your decisions matter and it can change the path of story.



I'm just getting through the initial Kara and Alice chapter. I'm enjoying the game so far.

Yeah, really enjoy the game so far. Don't know if I'll ever do a replay. Just because Don't really want to replay a full game intentionally choosing different choices. I'll just YouTube different outcomes. The graphics really stands out for a 7 year game. This is the type of game that shows a lot of the late PS4 games doesnt need a remaster. I do like trying to 100% each Flowchart of each level in real-time and get disappointed when I don't. I try to make choices based on what seems like the appropriate choice, not necessarily which leads to the best outcome.

My first thought when it came to the Alice and Kara introduction is how messed up must the mother have been. She ran off and left Alice with the dad knowing how he was

I'm at the point where I chose to squat at the abandoned house and Connor is about to enter.

Just finished the game. I really enjoyed. i did like the Easter Egg that was showed Heavy Rain on the movie theater. i do hope the next game is in a similar vain.

Their next game is still in development however there hasn't been any recent updates. From what I've heard, there isn't any pressure time to get this completed by.

They did put out Under the Waves recently too.

Not really into Star Wars. But, the new game does seem to be in the same vain, so I'll definitely be interested
