Everything he said I concur. Respawn has a winner right here. Early on I could tell that it's better than T1 and T1 was a good game that fell off too soon.

I've played for a smidge under 6 hours and based on what I have yet to unlock I feel like there's at least 20 percent more to the campaign but I can't say for sure

Campaign really escalates and changes gears at a certain point and it's brilliant. I went into it knowing nothing about what to expect and I recommend others do the same. Don't spoil it for yourself

I'll definitely be playing through a second time on the hardest setting and probably using a guide to help me find all the helmets which I'm sure is required for platinum

I hope we get campaign expansions this is great stuff

Will probably try multi player late tonight or for sure tomorrow

One analyst cut the sales projections by almost 50%. EA really did this game a disservice by releasing it now.

This is definitely what I was worried about. It's too bad because as of right now this is my pick for Shooter of the Year

The release date choice is super puzzling. Seems like it either should have a 4-6 weeks earlier or maybe more realistically 6-8 weeks later

Hopefully with all the positive reviews and strong word of mouth going around social media sales will pick up

What a great time for shooter fans! I almost cancelled my TF2 preorder because of how much fun I was having in BF1. I am very glad I kept it. I am loving multiplayer on TF2, especially bounty hunter mode. I didn't play too much of TF1 but this game is a very nice change of pace from Battlefield. I am trying to figure out which Titan I want to focus on, but I am getting the hang of using Scorch. I love how I can set my Titan Mode while not not piloting it to follow or defend (not sure if this was in the first one). I love that Titans can take opposition out while I am running around as just the Pilot. Gameplay is smooth on PS4. I like the MP maps so far. Not nearly on the BF1 scale as far as size, but with the interiors and ability to scale using the grappling hook, it does not feel cramped. So far, no one weapon/titan/boost feels over powered. Feels very balanced.

Dividing my time between this and BF1 is going to be tough.

In the first game I would spend more time out of my titan than in it. Would let people focus fire on it and flank them. I agree with everything you said. I haven't tried MP yet but scorch and the rocket launcher one (forgot the name, one that jumps up in the air and rains down like Pharah in Overwatch) are my two favorite in the campaign so far.

Is Bounty Hunt the "main mode" this year?

I really love that future MP content is free for everyone

I haven't played Titanfall tho yet, and uh, you may have peer pressured me into buying it last night. In fact, I should go check my XB1 to make sure it's finished.

This game is fantastic both online and off. I had no plans to get it then watched some reviews on YouTube. So glad I picked it up

Both campaign and multiplayer has been great so far. During the tech test I felt like the maps weren't really "alive" and filled with action but that no longer seems to be the case. Helps having Attrition back too.

Respawn has made a great game but EA should get a crap ton of blame for the release timing if this doesn't become a hit. Respawn deserves better.
