Ok, thank you. I would assume so, since they have been good with platform parity in regards to features. Definitely looking forward to this game, due to 'modern warfare' fatigue!

I didnt even think that was ever in question.

As for micro transactions and paid maps... I don't like it, but it's also not a surprise as it's just additional revenue generated.

I never buy the paid upgrades. I'll only pay for Premium for the maps, but gladly take any additional weapons and gear that come with.

Where's the sense of accomplishment when you don't have to earn anything ? I guess some people game differently, but I won't judge too hard because I've paid for upgrades in a few other games like World of Tanks. I guess my point primarily comes from how I feel about Battlefield. I want to earn everything I get.

Any details? BF4 had paid maps and micro transactions (shortcut kits), so that may be nothing new.

I agree with your post.

Similar to BF4 Shortcut kits, Battlepacks, Vehicle unlocks etc (I'm guessing). It was a fast track for late comers or people that didn't want to grind those things out to unlock them (for me, grinding for them is fun). If that's all they're doing again in BF1, I don't have a problem with it.
