This game feels and looks fantastic on a PS4 Pro by the way. Super clean image at 1080p and frame rate is more stable.

I played the prologue and game looks great but did EA add in 4K and/or HDR support yet? I checked the update history and none of it has any of those additions listed.

On a side note...is there anyway to make the aiming reticle change to red when aiming at an enemy when the sights are NOT aimed down? I keep thinking that im going to shoot my own men. UGH.

Also, there's a crapload of options and settings, are they all in general, for single player or multi-player? Usually, the options and settings are separated based on if it's meant for multi-player or not. Thanks.

Gotta say, I'm loving the assault class. Such a stress-free environment. Straight out attacking, attempting to kill tanks etc on the way to capping bases. Had to teach myself to shoot from the hip as often as possible but once you get that down, it's a really fun class.

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE the medic class in BF, always have always will. The teamwork, the reviving, the hanging back and healing. Something very gratifying about medics in BF.

But the way the Medic class is right now in 1... Hi is just not fun and too much work to either be neglected or **** in BF "you don't Rez anyone"....

I'll go back to it I'm sure, and be (at least try!) pretty damm good at playing the class. In the meantime I'm gonna roll assault and just try and be as offensive as possible.

I know K/D isn't important in BF1 but what are some of the K/D of OSers since a lot of you play together? K/D and win percentage are the only things I look at since I'm alone most of the time.

I was around 1.4 a few weeks ago and now I'm hovering close to 1.7.

In the rounds I played with Bolt, Rez, and J earlier today (my time zone) I only had one round where I was under 2.0 so I've been on the rise lately.

It's another one of those team influenced statistics IMO because of the potentially good medics running around taking deaths off the scoreboard. I wish I could get my SPM up.. It's around 500 now and I feel like I'm always near the Top of the scoreboard. I'm really impressed with some of the SPM on my friends list.

I can't get my spm to go up anymore .... The first week I had around 750 but now with people not healing and people getting better it stays at 650 or so and I go hard after flags. But you can only do so much by yourself

If I had a actual team I could probably raise it. I do have a 2 K/D though

Finally got to really dive into this game last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Played a match of Operations and ran a ton of Rush with Jistic. After not liking Rush much in the beta I must say I enjoyed what I played last night. I think that Sinai Desert is just a bad map. Definitely looking forward to playing with you more of you.

The shotgun's are beast mode but I only use them situationally. They're just too OP.

This is what I roll with:
Automitico - Trench - Peep Sight 2x - No Bayonet
Gasser M1870
Anti-Tank Grenades
Dynamite
Impact Grenades
Spiked club (for fun)

The gun is super fast and light. No bayonet makes aiming down sight crazy fast. The rate of fire is disgusting. I've always preferred rifles but you can wreck some havok with this setup. Hunting tanks is extremely fun, so is being in the front line taking points.

I just find myself way less 'stressed' playing Assault and having more fun because of it. A lot of you guys already knew all that, glad I finally got in a groove outside of the Medic.

Hey anyone here use the trench scope? Do other teammates see the red outlines on their screen or is it just you? Trying to figure out whether or not the scope is worthless.

Finally unlocked a shotgun and was playing on rush, I did work. Had 39 kills felt so dirty afterwards.

Yes whatever you see applies to everyone else. One of my buddies runs the trench periscope and I can see enemies outlined

I think some people give up on taking out vehicles and go with the "ill just let someone else deal with it" approach because for a lot of people taking out a vehicle means you will probably die 2-3 times in the process and they don't wanna deal with it. As people have mentioned, it sucks because if you let tanks run roughshod over you, you're in trouble

If a few assaults band together and focus fire you can make quick work of a tank but I rarely see that happen

People always complain shotguns are OP in any game for some reason. In conquest with the maps being so wide open a lot of the times they are pretty limited...... I rarely get killed by them

Maybe in other game modes they are seen more often
