Nice I tried the black/gold suit but not the other one yet playing threw dlc 2. I beat the dlc like 2 times before and main game like 4 times.

The more expensive version of the PS5 game of Spider MM comes with the original ps4 game remastered for the PS5. So if you dont want to play that again then go the cheap route. Its not a huge difference from last gen just small stuff. Spiderman MM doesn't have any DLC.

I never had any spider man game for any console.

My son is asking for this and wondering what I should buy.

I should get the ultimate edition because it’s two games in them correct ?

If you buy the ultimate edition of Miles, you get both Miles and Spidey. Not sure about all of the Spidey DLC though. If the DLC is included, I need to jump back into this game because I played it on PS4 but never tried any of the DLC.

Or do you have to beat the entire game first to unlock it ?

This game is like GTA. It is entirely free-roam and you can pick and choose which missions and such you want to do by swinging to the location. Here and there you'll run across side quests where you take on baddies at some intersection, and it's too bad that once you accomplish them all they don't show up anymore.

The only thing this game does not have is a progressive time of day lapse. It maintains whatever time of day the previous mission dictated for you. If your mission was at nighttime, the free roam stays in nighttime forever until you play a mission that is at a different time of day. There may be a cheat code to change this, but I'm not sure.
