Hook a brotha up with some advice...

    Folks,

    Okay, here's the problem...

I have an XBox. I do NOT have a PS2. I like my XBox. I have an XBox Live account, several games, and I would like to remain an XBox owner.

This is where the problem comes in...

With games like GTA: San Andreas and ESPECIALLY Smackdown vs. Raw coming out ONLY for PS2, I just GOTTA GET me one!

    Where's the problem? Right here...

My fiance won't let me buy one, plain and simple. I've not gotten a "we'll see" or a "let's think about it". I've just been given a flat-out "NO!"

    Yes, I'm whipped. It's true, it's true.

But that's beside the point...guys, married or single...help me out here. What do I do? I really REALLY want these games but this tussle with the other half is driving me crazy. What do I do?

beg? or maybe buy one anyways, and then also buy her something to defray the annoyance she has (kinda like Kobe and the ring he gave his wife, though a PS2 is a little less serious than cheating on her )

I'm single at the moment, so I don't really have much advise, the married guys would be more help I think, though I'm not too sure there's really a good answer. I've found that women tend to get what they want

you arent married yet , then go ahead and get it. ask her if she would rather have you spend the money on beer and hookers. I got everything now. We need to get our fix.

You're not married yet, get out while you can.

Just kidding. I'd probably advise you to stick with the XBox, wait for San Adreas to port over to it, and just try and get over not being able to play the new Smackdown.

I wouldn't put a video game over your fiance though. Granted, it seems like she's being very stubborn, but there might be a reason for that.. Ask her why, and if she doesn't have a justified answer, then talk about it.

            Good luck.

Get her really drunk one night, then buy it the next day. When she asks why you bought it, just say that she told you to the night before.

now that I think about it, my idea is pretty immoral. But who cares about morals with such games like GTA and GT4.

Here's what I'd do. Find a store in your area that sells used CD's, videogames, etc. There's a chain of 'em around here called "The Exchange". Anyway, go through your CD and game collection and figure out what you don't need anymore. Burn the good songs from the CDs into your computer. And take the CDs and games(Or even DVDs) to that store and use the trade in credit towards a PS2. I'm gonna do that soon for GTA, Smackdown, ESPN College Hoops, and a DVD or 2. The people that have to go through all the CDs I'm bringing in are gonna hate me though.

buy her somethin REAL nice, at the same time that you buy the Ps2 and she wont care about your new toy.

That's what i do it works
