Helped a a lady randomly and gave her a ride home.

It was nice to have something other than a carcass or hog-tied prisoner on the back. Conversation was much more pleasant than the "Hit" inducing banter that's normally taking place.

I just spent the last 2 hours or so on 3 treasure hunts and walked away with 9 gold bars. Time to sell that to the Fence and rake in that cash!

I'd hold on to a couple in satchel. I cashed in some then got robbed and lost all my cash. So now when I get gold, I hold on to a few. And how the hell did you find all that gold!?

I accidentally sold that black horse that Hosea gave me. I meant to just look at what was available in the stable, and I didn't know that doing so meant that I wouldn't be able to go back...

Dumb question but... How do you guys find horses in the wild?

How'd you get robbed?! I'm not that far into the game, but I think it's crazy that you could get robbed in this game!

I have cleared more than $800 in bounties. That should tell you how I am playing as this character lol

if I have the money, I try to clear bounties as quickly as possible so I can keep doing stuff and it not get too steep. Some of my bounties are from hitting wrong button on controller.

I did 3 different treasure hunts from maps that I found. You can YouTube them.

Definitely possible to get robbed. 3 different times I had boys from the O'Driscoll gang stop me on my horse at gunpoint but I was too quick for them each time and I robbed them after I ended them.

some hog farm house. They got me drunk and stole my money when I passed out. The thing is, I knew something like that was gonna happen, but I kept going along with the drinking. At one point, I got up to leave but thought 1 more shot wont hurt me. When I came too, I went back to house and killed them, but coudnt find money in house.

I think after you collect the 3 debts you can access it

It sits right next to the treasure box on a barrel, not in a tent





How are you guys getting money? I've had some terrible luck, accidentally removed some items in front of everyone in Valentine and had a bounty

Went back to pay it and accidentally got in a fight because i couldnt stop the horse and he ran into someone so the post office was locked

Spent the money on weapons because i ran out of ammo and now trying to get it all back


I was being nice, then i just got tired of everybody coming at me so i started shooting people on the road, killing snitches who told on me and now i feel like anybody out in the middle of nowhere with no witnesses who might have money is a goner

I did find another post office but i didnt have the money to pay off the bounty so i need to collect more.. any ideas?

I go to another towns, where I do not have a bounty, post office to pay bounties. I play a little nice and a little mean, and try to loot every person I kill then sell jewelry to a "fence"

When galloping with cinematic camera is there a way to toggle between a couple different views? I thought there were a couple options from the chapter one tutorial but can't seem to find a button. The camera seems way to close to Arthur every time I use it.

Dumb question but... How do you guys find horses in the wild?

I've stumbled on wild ones while out hunting. There's probably hot spots for them like animal locations.

I find wild horses near the river of your first camp all of the time. Also down the hil from valentine towards the river.



Clicking in the right thumb stick changes cameras in cinematic view.

I played blackjack for about 15 minutes and the responses from Arthur and everyone else at the table were very entertaining. I don't I heard the same response to winning or losing a hand twice which is pretty remarkable over that length of time.

During that time, I started with one other player. A second player joined and then a third player joined. Eventually, the first guy and third guy left. It's a small thing but really makes it life like.

One of my poker sessions in Valentine long enough for me to see two men come in and get drunk, pass out, and sleep all night in the saloon. Another man came in during the day to get a meal, then talk about going back to working. The little things make it so alive.

I could be wrong but I felt like the players had varying tendencies too in Hold 'em. I've definitely seen some who play every hand regardless of what they're holding. I can catch those guys sometimes with garbage hands like Ace high and win even if all I have is top pair. Others seem to play super conservative and if they bet on anything they probably have "the nuts". Of course there's in-between too - guys you can't really predict.

Anyone else feel the same?
