Hopefully they'll call Jose Gonzalez again to use one of his brilliant songs in the game.



One of my most memorable moments in gaming was entering Mexico at sunset while "Far Away" started playing and i just stopped on the top of a hill, contemplating the sun, listening to that great song...



Bring Jose Gonzalez and Jon Gomm, and RDR2 will have the best soundtrack ever made.

I can ONLY imagine the graphics in this.

remeber GTA 5 was done so that xbox 360 and ps3 could handle it...

The upgrade that was on xbox one and ps4 a year later and then a few months later on pc was "maybe" ohh i dont know 25% percent better than the original content(which still blew me away)

So now...with RD2 NEXT year? I'd imagine this things gonna be the best game we've ever seen...


it has to be cuz i dont like westerns rather play a mdoern day game.

So much for the different titles swirling around like "Red Dead Rebellion" or "Revolution".

I'm glad. Nothing portrays this game more than Redemption.

I'd tend to think they might hit fall 2017 but not sure. They'll make money anytime, but fall is usually where they want to be (and where GTA V was).

An amazing spring game sells well too though, so they can pull off either.

2017 will bring us Yakuza Zero, a new Zelda, the new Valkyria Chronicles and RDR2.



Finally a year to fully entertain me.

Weren't there rumors as far back as last year stating that RDR2 was in development, and it takes place in the deep south, like New Orleans area?

Game has probably been worked on for awhile now so a Fall 2017 doesn't sound far off.

Serious dilemma for me: cave for the first version that comes out or wait for the best version? This is assuming they're doing the same thing they did for GTA and trying to get people to double dip, with the console version next Fall and PC either Spring or Fall 2018. I skipped GTA for 2 years before it came to PC only to discover one of my favorite games ever. Can I hold out again?

When did they originally announce GTA 5 for?

- First GTA V trailer was Nov, 2011 (no release date announced)
- Second Trailer Nov, 2012 (with a Spring 2013 release window)
- Official trailer Aug, 2013 (game released Sept. 17, 2013 on PS3/360)

When did they originally announce GTA 5 for?

GTA V was set to come out May 2013. It came out September 17, 2013. Was first shown by trailer in October 25, 2011.

GTA IV was announced to release 10/16/07. First shown E3 2006 and ended up releasing on 4/29/08.

Red Dead Redemption was announced Feb 2009, shown 12/1/09. Was supposed to release April 2010. Released May 18, 2010.

Notice a pattern.
