So, I was on the railroad bridge near Saint Denis fishing for the Legendary Sturgeon. It’s taking a while, so I guess I just kind of zoned out. I hear a train coming, but don’t really think much of it. Then the thought hits me. MY HORSE! I cut the line, turn around to run to my horse and SMACK! The train hits me AND the horse and we each fly off different sides of the bridge. 😂

I'm a little more than half way finished with Chapter 3. I'm tempted to take a break on missions for a bit and roam the rest of the map to see the areas I haven't visited yet.

Has anyone come across this house that has the weirdest encounter I have had thus far?

An incestuous couple (brother and sister), apparently they killed (and ate) their parents, they fed me what I assumed to be human, before drugging me and taking literally all of my money, then I woke up in a pit with dead bodies. Talk about weird, i was legit freaked out, and annoyed i lost all my money. I'm about to go back and kill both of those sick sons a *******...

I died the first time going back because I tried to have some dialogue before fighting. When I spawned back I went straight there and the chick said, "How do you keep coming back?!" That made me laugh. Thought it was a nice touch that it either recognized me dying once already or it was just a coincidence.

Since you wake up with the mother's dead body, I thought it to be perfect to carry her back into the house and plop her on the floor. I did exactly that, but I expected them to say: "Mother?!" or something and then freak out. They just freaked out, with the sister slashing at me and I think the brother had a gun.

I ended up finding my money behind their mother's portrait, but a day later when I returned to there the mother's portrait was back up on the wall. It freaked me out a little lol.

I've gone back since then, and the whole place is now unfurnished.

EDIT: Now that you mention it that was probably just another victim and not their mother, if they ate her at least.

Anyone have any tips for using bait? I’ve tried everything I can think of and 90% of the time I get absolutely nothing from it.

I put it in, “remote locations,” where animals are listed on the map. I sit and wait at a distance, not moving. I use cover scent, yet I rarely get any animals. Most often times the bait simply disappears after a while even though nothing came by to eat it. I really would t care all that much but I’m trying to complete a hunting challenge and not finding any luck.

This is really dope sounding to me...I wish I had the patience to do this. I've tried in GTA to drive legally and have a slower pace to things but inevitably something happens and I never slow back down. Maybe I'll give it a try in RD, might be easier to have a slower pace given the environment.

The drivers in GTA don't take into account when you're pulling a trailer with your truck and they run right into when you try to stop at a traffic light.

Then get mad and want to get out and fight when you shoot them a bird.

Then they gas it even more, which pushes you into someone else.

Then that person is pissed because you hit them and their anger results in more birds being throw around.

Then a three way brawl starts in the middle of the streets.

Next thing you know you have 50 cops chasing you and you end up in the middle of the ocean bailing off a sea-doo trying to avoid bullets and get eaten by a ****ing shark.





I think your chances of living a peaceful life are better in this game.

How do you guys get legendary animals to spawn? I go to their locations, but all I get is a notification...

Track them. Usually the first clue is within 50 feet of where you're standing, indicated by the floating gold dust stuff.

Can someone help me out? When someone tells you about a location where you can find money and other things how come it doesn’t show up on the map?

You're supposed to go find it based off of their clues.

Took me hours before I realized I could use the tracking ability to find plants and places to loot in houses.
