I think we are looking at 2018/2019 at the earliest. Cant wait to play part 2.

I wish companies would wait to reveal a game until it is at least half way done. It sucks that we may have to wait 2 years for this.

TLOU and U2 were the only games that I would personally rate higher than a 9/10 (both were a 9.5/10 for me) which is rare because im more strict than most when rating games. You should definitely play it. Up to you how you play but I played on hard with all the help, tutorials off and with the "listening" mode off as well. Makes the game even better in my opinion. You can play stealth wise or shooting. Up to you but some parts will have/force one or the other. I played mostly stealth. The brutal melee with Joel will give you a better sense of what I mean when I talk about it in Mad Max.

Obviously, im only a single player guy and TLOU is a 9.5/10 for me. Nearly perfect. If MP is that great and Tomba is into multi-player, then he should have a classic on his hands.

I agree and im expecting Naughty Dog to go into hibernation once they release the Uncharted: The Lost Legacy stand alone DLC. I'm thinking spring 2019 at the earliest and fall 2019 at the latest. That's my guess.

TLOU is on my personal Mt. Rushmore of favourite games of all time. The Uncharted series I enjoyed but never hooked me like this game did. Like others have mentioned, tough not to get chills watching that trailer if youve played through the first game.

As much as it sucks to wait for the game, these guys get as much time as they need in my mind, along with the Miyamotos and Kojimas of the world. I don't expect the graphics to be anywhere near what the trailer was, as it was very clearly CG, but I'm sure they're going to push what the PS4 and Pro can do.

I had legitimate tears in my eyes watching the reveal. Never had a video game touch me the way the original did. The story was so amazing. Can't wait to step back into that world.

Not sure how I feel about this. I loved the way TLOU ended, and enjoyed the open-ended aspect which led to a lot of good conversations.

I don't know if I want to know how Joel and Ellie's stories continue past those ending credits. May have preferred exploring another story in the same world.

That being said, I'm sure they'll get the continuing story of these two characters right.

My son is telling me he's hearing rumors about the story from another forum that's growing lots of legs. Remember, it's just a rumor......

Ellie is pissed because the fireflys executed Joel for what he did in the original and she's bent on revenge against all those involved. His ghost, (similar to what Rick went with his wife in TWD) is just her imagination and ghost support to her.

We will see.....

It almost without a doubt will not be this. This will be a Naughty Dog linear story/action game, which is fine. They do it very well. I was talking more about just leaving Joel/Ellie's story as it was because I thought it was perfect.
