Anthem (PS4,X1,PC)

Trying to figure out how this game is 3/4 finished. Because of bugs that were brought in last patch? So it will be finished when they patch those out next week? I just finished all the side quests last night at around 40 hours and I wrapped up the story. I’d say that’s well worth 60 bucks.


Now the free roam fun starts. Still gotta grind that legion challenge too.

I have gotten lucky with drops. My main Storm build is a Mastwerwork 492 power. I have all mw components now.

I’m looking forward to being around this power level so I can finally work on builds I can stick with for a bit. Right now I’m at rare power level and as you probably know I’m constantly changing builds at that point. Still fun in its own way but it will be nice to have the gear to make multiple builds like you are and just grind for those special pieces.

Yeah it is fun to mix it up, playing with different seals. Trying different combinations of seals to see what works for me.

Next I wanna start a Collusus build. I played with him last night for the first time and felt so lost lol. So used to hovering and dashing around with the Storm!

I’m on PC right now. I’m hoping they enable cross play/save so I can justify grabbing it for console too. I just can’t grind a game like this on two platforms.

I have yet to really try colossus either. Only one I haven’t at least sunk a couple hours into.

Was the gun bug even there at launch? I think it was a result of the last update. It’s just a bug that’s easily avoidable. I’ve put 40 hours in and didn’t even know about it until last night. I don’t see how it’s a big deal at all. I guess it’s a bigger deal to people who haven’t played yet.

I’ve got over 60 hours in the game already. I understand you wanting to defend the game because it has some good parts to it and has a fun factor, but you shouldn’t feel the need to discount any complaint about it as “people who haven’t played it yet”. It not a small bug and affects the very basis of how they formulate DPS. The numbers that are shown aren’t true and it’s a pretty big issue. Hopefully the patch fixes it, but I think you are missing the point of why people are upset about game breaking (and I NEVER use that term” bugs with this game.

I understand you wanting to defend the game because it has some good parts to it and has a fun factor, but you shouldn’t feel the need to discount any complaint about it as “people who haven’t played it yet”. Agree to disagree, the DPS bug is a huge bug and it’s a broken game because none of the DPS numbers matter and the formula is completely screwed up.

It’s not game breaking until you get to end game and you start noticing the weapons you are using aren’t dealing out the DPS you should be dealing out. You have a problem with me having issues with the multitude of bugs for some reason, but honestly I don’t need you to tell me whether or not I have an issue with it. Why you feel the need to over defend the game is beyond me, it’s not like I asked you to be upset about it.

Pretty much this. It seems people are more interested in defending their hyperbole than addressing the facts in order to have an actual discussion about a game that both parties have already spent dozens of hours on.

I literally couldn't get past 95% on the loading screen in one beta. That was unplayable, lol. A few dozen hours later, it's been a fun ride but now I'll play in moderation as content and improvements are introduced.

A couple trophies on ps4 didn't unlock for me when I met the requirements on the game. Of all the bugs, this one pisses me off mostc.

Is this something they are aware of? Something that can be fixed?

I made this comment because you decided to make an assumption that I did not play the game but I have, so now you know. I never made any statements personally about you and I have been discussing the game with you but you keep defending it because you like it, which is fine and I respect your opinion on that but for some reason me pointing out flaws of the game bothers you and I cant feel differently about it than you. I respect you opinion but it seems you don't respect mine. This is a forum about a video game, a public forum. It does not state only post here is you like the game , so please don't tell me to leave the forum when I am not breaking any terms of service. I am happy you like the game and hopefully when it is fixed and all of the bugs ironed out , I will get enjoyment out of it also.
