I am just starting Act III after going hardcore for two months.

I have already logged close to 100 hours as I am going for 100% on my inaugural
play through.

I simply adore this game.

Once we are done we are finally going to play Spiderman and then GOW. Then we can properly rank the PS4 generation and compare these games to:

TLOU2
Horizon Zero Dawn
Fallout 4
Uncharted 4
Red Dead Redemption 2

I am also going to play Metal Gear V as I was a huge MG fan. I still have not played V.

But man.....the magic of Ghost of Tsushima is real. Just a really special game.

I just finished my second play threw like a week ago 103 hours beat all side missions and most collectibles but still got a few left.

Just got into this game the past few months or so. Wrapping up the end of Act 2. Loving it so far

I should be able to finish this up over the weekend, but if not definitely by the end of the month. The only other games "this gen" I've spent more time with has been The Witcher 3 and Horizon. This cooks something superb with some simplistic pieces and a cinema level production style that really cements the atmosphere of the game.

You are in for a treat then because I think God of War was my favourite. Detroit Becomes Human was awesome too and that’s not a game I would normally have tried.

Stick with it....you will figure it all out.

I am a cold blooded assassin now....maxed out...using all different kinds of methods of death.

Stealth, tank, knives, darts, chimes, from above, chain assassinations (which are bad ***), long bow, short bow, smoke bombs, sticky bombs, black powder bombs, hallucination darts are aways fun as well as toxic chimes LOL, using everything at my disposal.

Extremely rewarding earning all of it.

You will learn all the different stances and their benefits against certain types. You will learn to block arrows, you will also fast realize you can run at those little bitches with their bows and dispose of them very quickly.

I LOVE THIS GAME!!!

Those are my top 5 for the gen. GOW is good first GOW I played but I also think its overrated.

Loved every single minute of this grand epic tour de force.

I finished the story earlier this morning and completed everything else to 100% it. Ended up at just over 75 hours. I think I was sitting at 35 to 40 hours at the end of the first Act. I'm glad the regions were gradually more compact and smaller as the story went on as it helped the pace for me and prevented burn out.

I sat at the end for five or ten minutes before finishing it. Just a great compelling end to a fantastic game. I still think The Witcher has a better narrative and more memorable side quests, but GoT cast of characters were all great. If this was the bottom line of games moving forward in terms of character and story then all games would be greatly improved.

I'll probably dip into another game (maybe Biomutant), but I do want to do a game plus run through just to run around the map demolishing Mongols with an ape and wolf head with no clothes.

I think I'm about 5-6 hours in (and a couple YouTube videos later) and I am ****in hooked! I've never 100% a game and this one is making me think of trying.

All the side story’s are amazing. This game has so much story depth IMO. I loved every minute of it. Also you will be blown away traveling the islands. The scenery is breathtaking.

The side stories are the closest I've seen to Witcher 3. I have to believe they took some inspiration from CD Projekt Red on that aspect. Just incredible.
