I bought this off amazon awhile ago, digital code, and for some reason I am having the hardest time accessing my account. I forgot my password, and the account recovery asks for character name and game serial code and I don't remember a name of my characters (been a long time) and I don't have my serial code.

I tried contacting support and basically was told there is nothing they can do.

I definitely am interested in getting back into it....

If you bought it off amazon you should still have the serial code in your e-mail, and if you have deleted it then you can always check your amazon account which should hold all digital downloads.
Go to Your Account > Your Game and Software Library

The digital key should be shown there. I would think that would be enough info for customer service to reset your password.

Still a very solid population. You'll see people pretty much everywhere but of course, most are in the expansion areas.
