 Honestly, I don't believe that at all. If you had said from 110 to 210, it's believable, but to start at 210 you have to already have a solid base of muscle. At that point you are only going to get rapid gains from one thing and it isn't NO2. The only time I've ever seen anything close to that legitly is either when farmboys start working out or lazy people go into a college weight program.Originally posted by Scottd
 
 That depends on what you're lifting for. If it's football, power cleans are one of, if not the most important lift as it increases your explosiveness.Your workout routine should center around bench press, squats, and deadlifts.

 To answer some of these questions in the thread...
 
 1. There ARE good supplements out there...creatine, protein powders, etc. that can help you get gains in muscle and strength as well as fat loss. I take an ECA stack when I'm trying to cut up (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin stack) for example. Stay away from the 'roids. I'm 240 pounds and I did it over a 10 year period of solid diet and solid training, not sticking needles in my a$$.
 
 2. I've taken NO-Xplode 30 min before I work out (3 scoops for me at 240, 2 scoops if you are under 220 or so) and it jacks me up mentally. I only take it on the days I work out (or if I'm having trouble waking up in the morning). I've been taking it for a YEAR now and STILL get a great "high" off the stuff. So the effects don't wear off after a month, etc.AUBURN TIGERS

 That's ounds excellent AA... I'm going to go ahead and pick some of this stuff up. Since I already have some Nitrix, I'm going to go that route, and stack them to see if they yeild any better results.
 
 No need for steriods, as I don't want to be near that big. I just want to add around 15lbs of muscle... which shouldn't be THAT hard to do. I'm eating right (have been for around 7 months), exercising and working out regularly... and am starting to see some really good results. I want that extra boost though, because sometimes it's really hard to get pumped up to work out.
 
 What flavors would you recommend AA? I'm going to give the Grape a try... any others?Twitter - WTF_OS

 I used to take No Xplode. But as others have iterated, supplements are not Magic Pills. They are supplements. Best thing to do is clean up the nutrition. All I use now is:
 
 Xtend - Free Form Aminos - for recovery
 ZMA
 Glutamine - recovery
 Carnitine - because I'm cutting right now
 Multi-Vitamin
 Protein Shake
 
 Nutrition a day = 4 real food meals, 2 protein shakes (sometimes only 1)
 
 As mentioned a casien shake is good before bed, but if you don't want to spend the money on the powder, go with good ole low fat Cottage Cheese.
 
 Just doing this, my stats jumped. Bench went up 50, now back up to my high school max of 375. Put on about 12 pounds and right now at about 12.1 bodyfat (221 lbs). Trying to get down to 10%Last edited by LBzrule; 07-03-2006, 09:10 AM.Comment

 maybe its my body type. but whenever i lift with the aid of supplments in form of pills or powders, other than protein, it seems once i get off of them, i lose all of my gains. its like the pills took all the gain and loss. i dont like that feeling. i want to know i did it by myself and acheived something that can stick with me.
