Man, for comparison, I've tried Kroger brand, Tyson brand, and Hormel, as well as Sweet Sue or whatever, and they all taste identical. No real quality difference. You're better off buying close to the cheapestTwitter - WTF_OS

I use 100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream
taste wise its pretty good. It serves as a good base to work in other flavors with. I mix it with milk and pour it over cereal with bananas and strawberries in the morning and then drink it strait as a snack in the afternoon. Its got great reviews from everything I've heard.

Ummm... I have been doing butterfly press (incline/decline/standard), dips, dumbell press, inverted dumbell press, decline press and something else, but I can't recall.. I'm really starting to see some definition and bulk within my chest. It took a few months, but it's starting to pack on.Twitter - WTF_OS

One thing that you can try is this: at the end of each set, when you can't press anymore, bring the dumbells together and 'squeeze' your chest. Hold this for 30 seconds. Trust me, it'll feel like someone lit a match between your chest.Comment

Doing anything aerobic will never eat away at muscle, just don't go for an hour a day with the treadmill jacked up. Just depends on what your training to do. ie: get lean (ie: skinny and slow :winkor gain size and strength.

Is going about 3 and 3/4 miles in 30 minutes ok if I want to gain size and strength? Also what do you mean by the treadmill being jacked up? How fast are we talking? I'm trying to get bigger which i realize isn't going to happen with the treadmill but it seems like i'm losing weight like crazy.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment
