      Yeah, it comes with all 4 flavors of syntha 6, and one cell mass. Take the cellmass immediately after lifting, and the other stuff is just protein shakes... all 4 flavors are awesome.

        I love mixing the BSN mochacino and vanilla packets then adding water and crushed iced cubes. Its Better then anything at starbucks.

          yall.. i been lifting weights for a long time.. ig uess my body type gains muscle quick.. most of yall know i play hoop.. but right now im waaaaay too swoll. im liek barry bonds on the basketball court.. its helped me finishing inside and what not. but im a PG i dont want to be this yoked...

          what do i do to lose some of this muscle but still remain strong???

              Im trying to get as much protein as I can. I weigh 160 lbs so I try to get between 140-180 grams a day. My question though is how much is too much to consume from protein shakes?

                Eh, don't worry about it, just eat. I weigh 237 right now and usually get between 300-350g a day of protein. Just make sure you drink a ton of water.

                  Ugh, I had a rough moment today. I was doing snatch-grip deadlifts and felt a sharp pain in the middle of my back. I have serious back problems as it is, so this is not good news. I think it's just muscular and not structural so hopefully I'll be okay in a week or two.

                  Waking up tomorrow morning will be a hell of an adventure.

                    I had a pinched nerve in my upper back that basically crippled me for 2 days I still dont know what workout movement caused it. I got home and felt a pinch and I was stuck on the floor till someone got home to call an ambulance. LOL!

                        Well, I've been drinking the 100% Casein Protein twice a day, and taking the NO-xplode before my workout. I am also still taking my amino acid pills right after my workout. On non-workout days, what all should I take? I've usually just been doing one scoop of the protein on non-workout days or nothing at all. Lots of water all the time though.

                        When I joined the gym, seven weeks ago, I weighed 175. I got down to 160-165 after the first two weeks. Now, after adding muscle I am back up to 175. Probably a lot of water weight as well.

                        Also, I have quit using the elliptical machine, and I am now just running on the treadmill. I haven't seen a large increase in my weights yet, besides my bicep workouts.

                          Wow dude we are in the same exact boat. haha with the only difference being I started at 160, got down to 154, and now im at 162.

                            I'd still take 1 scoop of NO-Xplode on yourn on workout days diesel. And still intake plenty of protein, because your muscle growth really occurs during resting periods.

                              Why would you take NO Xplode on non workout days? It's just a pre workout supplement.

                                I have heard to take creatine on non-workout days, but is it really worth it?

                                Ya, I usually take the protein on days I am sore, and workout days. I just don't take it when I have had like two off days in a row.
