Yeah, I like medium, sometimes medium rare, but when I go out I always have to order medium because "medium rare" at some random restaurant is a lot more rare than medium. It's just such a crapshoot sometimes.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Medium. I don't care about the inside of the meat, just as long as it's hot enough and sustains its' warmth as I'm eating it.
When I go to a steakhouse, they do a good job of keeping the steak hot for more than 2 minutes.Comment

Medium for a steak. Anything more destroys the flavor, and anything less is a little too juicy to appreciate.Comment

I prefer Medium, and unfortunately it's a rare place that will cook it right. They'll either undercook it, which I don't mind (save for the juice all over the plate) and if they overcook it too much (i.e. well done) it goes back. They may spit on the next one, but it's much better then eating a dry lump of charcoal.I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams

I like my medium rare. I was surprised to see how many people like their steak well done. When a steak is well done all the juices and flavored has been cooked out of it.Comment
