Didn't realize so many people liked their steaks still 'moo'ing.

Go to a really nice restaurant. Ask them what is the best way to have a steak cooked.

            Me either, but oh well.

I like my food dead and not bleeding out on my plate while I'm looking at it. If that offends Jean-Pierre at some fancy restaurant so be it.

I like my steak done in a stew with gravy etc etc. usually the steak is well done but not to the point where it's charred.

If y'all want THEE Best Steak Experience Ever...Set steaks out @ room temp for 30 to 45 min ,generously season w/ salt/pepper...next fire up grill w/ 2 different heat levels: high heat(1 to 2 sec / w hand test) medium( 4 to 5) next SEAR steaks uncovered on high for 3 min per side...or to your desire rare, med rare, med, etc...times vary...then move steaks to med heat for an additional 3 to 4 per...remove from grill and leave them alone for about 4min so the juices make their way to the surface. Do all of this & it's guaranteed to blow your mind. you gettin' this down Steve?

Also for the fellaz that dig their steak EXTREMELY rare...Follow these 3 steps:

                        1. Cut the horns off
                        2. Wipe it's azz
                        3. slap it on the plate

Medium well is the way to go. I don't know if I could eat the blood.

Of course you have to use A1 with any steak, at least I do.
