a good 25-30 miles with two toles in between... both ways.

Nothing like spending 2 bucks a day going to and from your job.

Thankfully though, I have smart tag... so the monthly fee saves me a ton of money compared to what the cost would be daily.

I've got about a 8-10 minute commute into the office. And my son's elementary school is right next to the office complex I work in. But I'm up for a position with Blue Cross Blue Shield in Durham, and that commute would be about 20 minutes each way.

bout 25-35 min depending on traffic which is never good. Problem is I have to take one of two roads to get there and they both suck equally bad. They're both state routes with traffic lights, a huge shopping mall just opened close to it so there's always a ton of traffic regardless of time of day, then there's all the urban sprawl construction, road construction and of course the required bi-weekly fender-bender which somehow ends up closing off at least one lane despite the law that drivers are supposed to move their cars to the shoulder if in an accident. It's also fun when a semi gets pulled over and stops in the middle of the road (yes this has happened more than once).

I could get to work in like 10 min if not for all this crap. Good part is, I love my job, and I work from home about 65% of the time anyway. So if the commute is the worst part of my day, that's fine with me.

About 25 minutes now that I moved, as long as the traffic past ESPN isn't too rough.

10 miles and about 14 minutes if I take I64.. little longer if I do the Wawa thing and meander a bit.

When I was living at home and worked at the FYE in Cary, NC over this past summer, It took me about 15-20 minutes to get to work depending on traffic.

It takes me literally 2 minutes to get to work. I live right down the street from ECU's stadium. It's a nice change of pace from when I was driving 45 minutes to my last job. Low pay isn't as bad when you aren't buying a tank of gas every few days.

I went from 68 miles each way to 1.7 miles each way. Except I hate the new company so I don't know how long that will last.
