Gas is at 2.79 here which is a lot higher than it was 2 weeks ago.

Actually, 94 Chevy Truck. It holds about 26 1/2 gallons of gas. I can normally go about 400 miles on a full tank.

Well, work and class are both over 20 miles away so that adds up. Then I play softball so that's another 30 miles added total, and going to see friends or going to eat. It really adds up.

If it cost me $70 a week on gas, I'd buy a bicycle. No way in hell do I pay $70 a week. That's almost 4x the amount I pay right now.

You'd probably save more money buying a better fuel efficient vehicle, than spending $70 every week.

When I was in Auburn, I was driving the old 85 from Atlanta to Auburn 3 times a week at least. Then about every 2 weeks 75 to Florida. **** was expensive.

Now in DC, I Metro where I need to be, and have filled up twice since school started the last week of August.
