I have a bad neighbor as well. I live in an apartment complex, and the next door neighbor leaves his empty fast food cups right beside his door to his car in the parking spots. it's like he sits them down on the pavement and forgets to pick them up. I was so pissed one morning when I came home I picked them up and threw them all in his front yard.
He's a complete bag of trash. Same neighbor who didn't pay his electric bill, and the power company shut of power to my apartment by accident.
He always has some new piece of trash car with temp tags. Like he's upgrading from beater to beater, but it's really a downgrade. That and he always has people over at his place. I think they do a lot of drugs, but I can't tell. And him and his live in G/F or wife are always fighting at all times of the day. It's really annoying.
Next time I'm going to trust your guys pyro advice I swear.
