Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
PlayStation 3 controllers that disconnect themselves every 20 seconds regardless of whether or not they're plugged in. I've bought 2 straight controllers from Amazon that have started doing that within a matter of days or weeks. Couple that with the refurbished one I bought from GameStop (they apparently don't get new ones anymore) where the pressing the L2 button started also triggering the L1 button and that's 3 consecutive bad controllers I've gotten. I'm wondering if the disconnecting could be something in the console though. Anyone know of a good wired PS3 controller?
Also, getting coupons for stuff I just bought and thus will expire long before I need those products again. Went to CVS today and bought milk, cashews, mini Reeses peanut butter cups, and a candy bar. Pay for them and get my receipt and it has coupons for cashews and the mine pb cups.
I have to use my PS4 Controller, even when playing on PS3. It's so much better in every way.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Yeah.. just need the cable to connect it, which isn't much of an inconvenience for me with the current setup I have.
The only downside is you can't use the PS button to return to the home screen or quit out of games, but there are zero issues otherwise.
I use it for RDR and NCAA 14 pretty regularly.Comment

I always thought it was flyer too, as in when people are handing out flyers for events or whatever, even if you don't really know what the details are of the event, you "take a flyer." That's always how I made sense of it.
Hmmph. The more you know.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
The fact that the "advice" in Yahoo Fantasy Baseball isn't actually advice. Yahoo seems to do it just fine for Fantasy Football, so why not baseball? Probably just the daily games makes it harder to do it compared to the weekly breaks and reports they get for football, but they just don't really seem to help. If they called it a different word like "report" or something, I'd have less to gripe about heh.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
