Stadium concessions grind my gears. Went to get a 'super 'dog' at tonights Pitt game and was expecting a footlong based on the name. Nope, just regular hot dog. Also, get this. A super dog + a 20 oz. coke was $10.00 but a super dog + 32 oz coke combo was $9.25. Oh and for as expensive as the drinks are, you'd think the people would at least fill the cup to the brim, but no.

Also, some idiot Ravens fan wrote 'Ravens Rule' on a toilet paper dispenser in one of the mens rooms at Heinz Field.

I would say "yes" but I wouldn't do it.

When you call in an order on your lunch break, get to the place to pick up your order, only to find out that their debit card machine is broke or offline. I can understand once in a while, but a semi-consistent basis-c'mon man.

This doesn't really "grind my gears" but i have a mini panic attack when my PS3 controller loses a bar of battery life. Must charge....must charge.

My black lab....I use a chuck it stick and chuck it balls. Anyway he plays like Willie Mays. I can throw the chuck it ball 60 or 70 yards easy and he can catch it on 1 bounce every after taking off from my side tracks it over the shoulder and nabs it after in bounces. Anyway, sometimes he doesn't bring the ball back, just catches it and then drops it and runs back...You are a retriever, bring the ball back.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

So yeah feel like venting so came back here to post some more Gear Grinding topics.

                          - Telemarketers. Just so annoying I actually leave my Home phone Off most of the time now, and when it is on If I don't know the number of the incoming caller I will not pick it up.

                          - Chronic Dashboarders, Rage Quitter's in Video Games. Ok So as Gamers we've all probably done this at some point, understandable, you sign on have a bad game in Multi player just not feeling it... you turn the Console off go to something else. We've all been there.

I'm talking about the guys that take the Video game so seriously they will Quit as soon as soon as the first thing goes wrong. Or they'll play and constantly dashboard if their team ends up losing... (really this is the worst in peer to peer games where these people get 'Host' and the whole Game abruptly ends with none of that game counting) Calm down it's just Video Games it's ok to lose every once in a while... I had a teammate back in my COD days that would rage quit after every death, then we'd end up having to pick him back up when the game ended. I quickly stopped playing with him.

                          - Constant Complainers, Whiners. It's Life we all have problems, What makes you think everyone at work wants to hear about How your hairdryer broke, or how much you hate getting up in the morning? I can't change your problems.

                          - People that have private conversations Out loud in public... Some issues you need to just keep in house. This lady in a store was talking on a Cell Phone about how terrible of a Husband this guy was, and was arguing over the Phone. Lady you're in public, other people can hear you!

                          - People that are not self-dependent. I understand having deficiencies in some areas, and needing help with certain things. If you go about asking in a nice manner. Sure I'll be glad to help you out. What I hate is people that expect you to do EVERYTHING for them, and if you end up helping them with one thing they expect you to constantly do favors for them.

                          - People that come to work, Do just about nothing. Basically the minimum required so they can still hold their job. (not to mention they do a pretty poor job of performing that as well) and then hold a sense of entitlement, like they are some great employee.

So I'm sitting there at work, busting my *** off.. Staying 30 minutes later.. and Joe Shmoe walks in 15 minutes late, walks around casually, chats with other people. Oblivious that work needs to be done.
