LOL, we got Sunday Ticket once. We ended up leaving it on Red Zone most of the time, so now we just get Red Zone through the cable company for around 30 bucks a year and call it a win.

We see major Detroit and Cleveland highlights (I'm from MI, wife from Ohio). Red Zone is amazing....

I love Mondays. Especially during fall and winter. RAW, Monday Night Football, and some of my TV shows are all on.

Tuesdays are more to hate than Mondays lol. Monday for the most part people are refreshed from the weekend and stuff, but Tuesday you're back in weekday mode and realizing there's still many days left of the week. Wednesday you can at least start realizing week is about halfway over, and Thursday is nearing the end, and everyone likes Fridays.

Uuum, but you just did, planting that "oh, he's hurt" excuse in everyone's minds. If you really didn't want to use it as an excuse you wouldn't bring it up.

You guys have the wrong mentality about the week. Get the whole "Monday is the start of the week" mindset removed from your mind. Thursday is now the start of the week. You go into work knowing that the next day is Friday. You get days off to look forward to right in the middle. Helps for me because we usually have a meeting or two on Wednesday that gets you out of the office so the week "end" isn't so bad.

See, I can see two ways with that.

There's a difference between "excuse" and "reason." I might list a reason why I underperformed, but I won't excuse that. In other words, something factored into whatever happened, but I shouldn't let that affect how I do, how my team performs, or whatever. It was my doing that I let my injury affect me, so it's talking more about my psychological willpower (or lack thereof) not doing more to offset what happened.

That's how I see it when somebody says that. I can see how there is a reason for something but it not being excusable. Like... there's a reason why my posts end up being long (because my typing speed catches up with my train of thought and I do no editing afterward), but it's no excuse. I should be able to shorten it up, make edits, be more concise in general with my message, etc.

People asking what's wrong with me, when I first get home from a PT.

I just ran 3 miles, did 50 pushups, 50 situps, and 20 pull ups.

I'm not in the mood to talk.

The triple standard women have about stay at home moms. Yes I said triple standard. Because if it was a stay at home dad, majority of women would look down at him, roll their eyes and question his man hood. And when a working woman sees a stay at home mom, a lot of them do the same thing, roll their eyes at them. But when it is them personally being a stay at home mom, they want to shout from the mountain tops it is the hardest job in the world.

I can see that triple standard, you're right. Working women do look down a bit on SAH moms and SAH dads. Whereas when you stay at home (as a mom or dad) you always feel like you never get the recognition or appreciation needed.

I don't either. Considering it don't take all day to clean a house. An hour or 90 minutes at the most if your house is really big. What ticks me off even more is the stay at home moms who have a dish washer machine.

Seriously let us break it down:

To fix one bed takes 1 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the bed.

Washing dishes by hand 15 to 20 minutes.

Vacuuming a 3 bed room house, about an hour, but who vacuums EVERYDAY ?

Laundry can take around 3 hours depending on how many loads. But nobody does this everyday either.

So if your kids are in school, you pretty much just chillin most of the time the kids are in school.
