The more annoying one I see is when cars are in the right turn lane, and don't turn right until the light turns green(even though in right turn lanes, you can turn right on red). Other ones are when a car is parked(engine still on,but they're just parked) and the second you go anywhere near that car(either driving,or walking) it's like the driver is suddenly like "O ya,I have to drive somewhere" and out of nowhere just floors it and drives off.

Ironically, when I played baseball,I used to get hit by pitches a fair amount of times and everyone on the team thought I was crazy for being able to take all those hit by pitches. Funny thing is how it never even hurt me. I just got hit and walked to the base. Another plus is that it did gain me huge amount of respect from my team since basically everyone there were like 2-3 years older than me(since it was high school varsity team)

I hit a ball off my shin that bounced into fair territory and the umpire had no idea.

Once I realized he wasn't going to call it foul, i tried to run and instead hobbled. It ended the game.

And no one knew. The opposing team asked me afterward if I got hurt. My own team wondered why I didn't run. The umpire said he didn't notice.

I had the pain and bruise to prove it. But it didn't matter. Fouling off a ball onto your body hurts.

And I know because I once fouled a pitch into my eye. That's another story.

Coincidentally, on Wednesday night during my game I tried to bunt, fouled it off and caught me right on the chin. I was bleeding the rest of the game.

The fact that I can't keep a dynasty going on here. I assume it's because of all the work I put into it that burns me out and I just let it die.

I think he was referring to hitting either the medial or lateral malleolus (i.e. the 2 large bumps just above the ankle joint, one on the inside and one on the outside). That does hurt too, I accidentally knocked the lower tray of my Foreman grill out of my dish drainer and it fell and hit me right on my left lateral malleolus.

I actually kind of like this one even though I never use it personally. Considering the people it usually comes from I take it as an unintended respect for the full and proper America. They are usually promoting something of a backwoods or redneck fashion so they are unintentionally admitting that it might not be worthy of the full and proper America but a certain subset of it.

That's how I've always seen it as and done it as myself. Usually follows saying beer in my best redneck accent. It's just old now though.

I don't get it, it's just a word(a non racial word at that)

This is of course how I feel about anyone getting mad over new words, just doesn't make sense to hate something so unnecessary to waste time on disliking.
