I usually replace the drink and put in an extra unless the fridge is completely full. This way you can pick up some of the load from the slackers.

Normally I will just hide my drink behind some food, that way I know I can get a cold one a few hours later. It honestly makes me angry that people cannot take 10 SECONDS out of their life to get a warm drink and put it in the fridge.

My pet peeves change. Current one is human traffic.

I live in NYC, people don't seem to understand how subways/sidewalks work. It's not just tourists either. For instance, getting off of a train, people stand in front of the doors trying to get on. Well, I can't exactly get off with you standing in the door way can i? This also applies to people standing inside the subway car at the doors. If you aren't getting off, but want to keep that awesome spot at the door, MOVE so i can get off, then move back to your spot. In these instances, I don't bother with excuse me, because its a frigging door way, and people should know not to block it. If you get bent out of shape because someone had to walk through you to get out...dont block the doorway.

This also extends to stairs/sidewalks. Do not stand at the entrance way to the subway to talk on your cellphone, you're effectively blocking half the stairs and you aren't even using them, go stand somewhere elese. And for the love of god, if you can barely use the stairs, use an elevator/escalator. And I'll extend this to escalators as well. The left side is for walking, the right side is for standing. If you are blocking the left side with room on the right side, you're an *******. Get over or walk. (edit on left/right).

Sidewalks are the same deal, if you and your friends want to walk together, great, dont walk 5 abreast and block the entire sidewalk so no one else can either get around you or go the other direction. And please please please do not try to text/read and walk. It doesn't work. People who do this walk like they're slightly drunk and do not pay attention to anything else around them.

staying on topic with Sidewalks... one of my biggest pet peeves is when you are in an area with very few pedestrians -- meaning empty sidewalks -- and bicycle riders are hogging the road lanes like they are a vehicle or something. Use the got-damn sidewalk! Next time I'm aiming for your "bumper"... we'll see how much you belong in traffic after that.

People standing in the middle of the sidewalk talking or waiting for a bus so other people can't get through

I live in an apartment building with a community laundry room so people who leave their clothes in the machine for hours after the cycle is complete.

i fall victim to your spelling mistakes, but not because i dont know the word, because im too lazy ha. for instance ill say dont and not don't or your and not you're


and i also hate when people dont go the speed limit in the passing lane.. it slows up traffic and its annoying

Referring to a favorite sports team as a "we." I understand why people do it, but it just sounds so silly to me.

People who just can't stay quiet long enough for someone to finish a story without jumping in and trying to one up the story.

And no offense to the facebookers that do this, but people with profile pics of their kids. At least put a pic of you and your kid in this pic.

I hate this as well. I have a minor speech impediment from when I was younger and sometimes comes out now when I talk, and I guess I'm a low talker and I always have people saying huh?

Poor grammar kills me. I don't care as much whether someone can spell your/you're or their/there/they're on the internet as much as I care about spoken grammar.

There is a girl at work who always says "We was doing this" or "We was gonna do that." I hate that so much.

Then there are people who can't get the "my friend and I" vs. "my friend and me" thing. It's more funny to me than anything because people use "my friend and I" thinking it sounds better and more sophisticated in situations that they should be using "my friend and me."
