I hate Mondays.. especially cold and rainy Mondays.

My day's gear grinder, ****ty supervisors. Have one here that I don't even work with, been here for over 30 years somehow, that has no back bone and can't make a decision. Then he brings some stuff to me that my dept. really has no business even dealing with. I hate him, as a supervisor, as a human being, and I hope his grandkids never learn how to read (thanks Hannibal).

Here's a weird one.

I hate it when radio stations run a promotion or a commercial or something related to a sports team, but they don't have the rights to use the team's actual name in said promotion.

Example: A local sports talk channel is giving away a weekend trip to see the Packers/Vikings game at the end of the season in Minnesota. The commercial goes "Come cheer on the green and gold as they take on the purple rival!"

Stupid.

Im listening to Hot97 and zoning out. All of a sudden I hear "Bandz a Make Her Dance" Juicy J and Im like ok bout to be out and make some bread to make it rain this weekend. The very next song is "Nice and Slow" Usher. Its like man, now its time to find me a nice girl and be sensual. Its like comon man pick a mood and stick with it for more than one song. Bipolar radio is annoying.

I just started the (8:45) to 5 grind and holy Canadian monkey balls does this lifestyle suck.

It's severely cut into my free time, alone time, relaxing time, everything time. I wake up, I work, I go home, my girlfriend wants my attention/won't leave me alone, I go to bed. It sucks.


On that topic, kind of - my girlfriends mother is coming to stay with us for a few days this week and then comes back next monday to stay with us through Christmas. That's bad enough already..but we blow up the air mattress and find out it has holes. Now I bought this one this summer for her family web they came...a nice 90 dollar one...and now she tells me "Go buy another one tonight on your way home."

Bitch, it's your ****ing family why don't you go buy one yourself. I don't get paid until Friday, and that needs to go to bills and Xmas gifts. **** you. I'm buying her the cheapest, ****tiest one I can find.

I didn't like this because I enjoy your misery, but because I share your pain.

I've fallen into the "routine" which then it feels like my life is over.

Literally wake up, go to work, go to lunch, go back, then get off work and go to the gym, eat dinner, relax, repeat.

Have no motivation to do anything other than something that involves sitting down. Pisses me off. Used to make music for fun, used to go play darts with buddies on Thursday and Friday, and I don't even do that anymore. It's horrible. Can't imagine having a girlfriend right now. Talk about no time. If this is how life is the rest of the way, ****, just shoot me now.

You seriously need to put your foot down and tell her your house isn't a hotel. If family wants to visit, point them in the direction of the nearest hotel. I be damned if people stay in my house for days.

At some point I will. I know she misses her mom still, and that doesn't bother me much. Spur the moment "She'll be here with her boyfriend Monday because of business meeting" piss me off, though.

Another one - my girlfriend/our relationship. Since she started working her regular job, it started to go downhill between us. More fights, less intimate time, etc. She's been annoying me more and more, she's already throwing out the "Im 26 and I would like to have kids, plural, before I'm 30 but I want to be married before I have kids" ultimatums and in general things have just been snowballing towards the negative side.

I'm torn - Im not as sold on the future with her as I had been. She's an absolute keeper in some ways, no doubt about that, but the negatives have been popping up recently and some of our mentalities about the future (raising kids, moving, money, etc.) are very different. But the alternative is being single and unhappy and risking never finding someone as good as her good points are.

In short, relationships grind the **** out of all of my gears.

Yeah that's kinda dangerous lol.

I hate when people smoke inside my building while they walk the halls. It just seeps inside my apartment, I even have a towel down at the base of the door to keep the smoke smell OUT (irony huh). It's amazing to me that people can't either a) put their smoke out before entering the building, or b) wait until exiting the building before lighting up.
