I just started renting a house with Central AC.......it is absolutely amazing.

One of the houses and in college I lived in had a swamp cooler in the window. But other than that I've always had central heating and air.

Yeah, I got a cheap window unit for my room in college later on....Otherwise everywhere I live has central air/heating.

Only time I've had Central Air was when I lived in this nice 3 BR duplex a few years ago. I chose the basement bedroom because it was the biggest and had this monster closet. After I moved all my **** in there I realized there were no vents in the basement BR

When people wait until the second you're leaving to ask you something. Like the time right before that they either say nothing else to you,or just abunch of other things, but when you're literally like a second or two away from leaving, they suddenly bring up something else and force you to stay for another little bit.

My sister's dog was like that and she started buying the like herbal drops, whatever was in them, and they helped calm her down quite a bit.

Funny thing about that dog, we live close enough to Fort Knox that sometimes we can hear artillery going off, and of course that freaked her out. Well, when that happened you could turn on the weather and show her a weather radar and if it was clear she would calm down. Yup, she could read a weather map.

Would you happen to know the brand of those drops? We have one of those thundershirt things, but due to classical conditioning, she now gets more anxious when that is on than without it. We are at our wits end with what to do for her.
