Mystery sounds in the middle of the night. Not coming from my house, or outside my house, but either a neighbor or down the street. Sounds like someone doing work in their garage or someones empty trash can being hit. During the day who cares, but at 1-3am? Come on man.

And then I hear general road noise despite living out a ways from cities and highways. I have to give in and go to ear plugs some nights because it's just so loud to me for some reason even with little traffic. I don't get how I can hear that so well, but can't always make out someone on the phone.Comment

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

At least it's individual people where if they make too much noise, you know where they live. Seems like every year someone on my street is tearing down their house and building it up bigger. It requires so many trucks all day every day. What's worse is how those trucks get here early in the morning, and literally wait till the minute they're legally allowed to start making construction noises to start up their bulldozers, cement trucks, excavators. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of a construction zone every morning with literal drilling sounds in your head.Comment

Absolutely, and I leave fans of some sort on all day to help drown other noises out, I fall asleep with the TV on (sleep timer), and sometimes set the TV to an orchestra/symphony during the day just for a cool mood. Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I keep the box fan in the basement since the rest of the house has ceiling fans, but I might have to get another one for that. Like now, I woke up early like I usually do, but I just hear loud cars for some reason at 3 AM so can't fall back asleep to get to my normal time.
Another one that doesn't affect my sleep at least: the moron in the Dodge that has to punch it to get up the hill out of the neighborhood at 5 AM. I'm usually awake when he does it, but if your Ram is that weak, maybe you should have invested in something better.Comment

Best Buy's email based customer service. I got a canned reply with incorrect information about my order to the first email I sent. I replied. Got the exact same response 2 days later...Comment

People that scream that Division Pride mess when talking about PRO TEAMS.
"We got the best division in the league!" says fan of 1-4 team in said division. My response to him was "Congrulations, do you get a banner or trophy for that as well?"#RespectTheCultureComment

If he's a Colts fan, it's possible that he could get a banner for it.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Sort of related to acronyms, there's a couple sports things I can't stand. First being the abbreviated Go (blank) Go where it turns into G_G (I see GJG for Go Jets Go all the time and I can't stand it!) and the other one is using a players initials and number as a nickname (TB12, CP3)
