picture your brother, cousin, mother dying in a tradegy.....if you would find it ok that someone wore something like that mocking the event........then theres nothing more i can say to you

That completely changes the situation. There was no corresponding article, so I guess I'll change my tune slightly and say if he wore this costume to a Halloween party at VaTech, then there'd be a problem.

If you saw my wife was murdered on the news and went to a party wherever you live in NY dressed as my wife, well that'd be your decision to make. If you came to a place you knew I'd be, knowing you'd cause me emotional distress, then it would similarly be problematic.

But if he wore this to some random Halloween party, so be it.

man if ANY body in my family died in the VA Tech shooting and I saw someone wearing this....i dont care if they are having the party in Miami, Chicago, Metropolis, Gotham City......they wouldnt leave the party wearing it
