NO, NO, NO, Scott: No BBQ sauce on wings. NEVER! Heresy!

Proper wing sauce is so simple to make:

    1. Melt a bit of butter and put it aside.
    2. Pour Frank's Red Hot Sauce into a bowl.
    3. Add melted butter to Red Hot Sauce. This helps the sauce stick to the wings.
    4. Sprinkle a bit of black pepper into the mixture and stir.

Dunk the wings in the mix right out of the fryer, serve and devour!

    Take care,

The guys next to us deep fried a turkey in the Giants stadium parking lot last year. I didn't get to try it though.

I think we're having Turducken this year, but definitely going to try to deep fry a turkey next year.

We do the same except we add ketchup to reduce the hotness. I can't do the hot stuff anymore. I stick to medium level now.

KETCHUP? You people should be burned at the chicken wing stake.

If you want to cool the burn, use more butter in the mix.

I've heard Turducken is one of the most arduous dishes in the entire world to prepare.

Heck, you should hear the insults when they see me put ketchup on my sausage. Oh the humanity!

Sounds like it should be an episode of the Office. Would definitely be something Michael would do.

Damn, I've been wanting to try a turducken ever since I was about 12 and saw John Madden give some to the players of the game one Thanksgiving.

                    Maybe one of these days.

Can't you just buy them in the grocery store? My uncle is making it so I really have no idea.

Don't know if I'd want a store bought one. It seems like the charm of the dish is getting your hands dirty and stuffing the birds.

Reminds me of college. Had a teamate that put ketchup on everything. Actually had a T-shirt that read "I put ketchup on my ketchup."
