After thinking about this, I want for company wages to be setup up on a reward basis. I don't want any wage leeches, that could kill us because we're such a small company right now.

So here's the deal and this goes for everybody. I'll give you a 1% wage for every person you can recruit to join our company. Also, I'll give you a 2% wage for every member you recruit whos driver rating is over a 15. This wage bonus will be restricted to a 6% maximum. The 1st deadline for this will be noon Friday January 11; at that time the recruited member tally will be made and wages will be applied. This wage increase will last for 2 weeks.

Keep a record of the truckers that you send a recruiting message to in this thread.

I've noticed we're having guys arrive late with their cargo. We need to keep this thread lively and maybe that'll help. And I would suggest to everyone, put all of your money in the bank tonight. That way you'll earn interest on it at midnight. Then tomorrow, you can take it all out if you need it. But its a good way to earn some free money.

Same here...Almost done with Detroit to somewhere out west on my 2nd shipment, and I'm understanding enough to know how to not be late and work everything right...

Sent an invite to the OS company, but I dunno how much I'll be recruiting new people, i just like to log on for a couple minutes maybe 2 times a day and keep relatively current, but not gonna hassle people or beg.

Same here. I just log onto the site for a couple of minutes, twice a day, to keep my driver on route.
