Just had some the other day; my usual four-piece with dirty rice and an extra biscuit... Fortunately for me, it's right across the highway from my crib.

It would be considered blasphemy around these parts, but I would choose Popeye's Chicken over Bo's. Unfortunately, there's not many Popeye's around here. There's one in the airport, but you've gotta be traveling in order to get at it. Won't let you in without a ticket.

Popeyes is better than Bojangles in every way.

Popeyes outside of New Orleans are hit and miss. Sometimes they'll be good but then you'll get those ****ty ones with the dried up chicken and nasty red beans.

yeah, Popeyes is like 0\2 for me......I hardly ever have "bad chicken" but it was pretty bad both times....

ill have to try the one in nawlins when i go to the all star game

never had that until I was in the atlanta airport on my way to honolulu. I think bojangles beats the **** out of it.

I don't know if it was the same one, but I felt like there were about 15 Bojangles up and down 85.

I believe they have a ridiculously good deal that they advertise, but I don't eat on the road.

Yeah... Breakfast biscuits all day, too... I love the Tar Heel Special, when the Heels score over a 100 points, the next day you can show your ticket stub and get 2 sausage biscuits for a buck. I think the students get them for free, which is why you hear the poor bastards scream like crazy when we lay a buck on someone. Generally I can go across the street by my house the next morning and front like I went to the game, and get the same deal even though I didn't have tickets.

I like Bo's, don't get me wrong, but for me, Popeye's was the jumpoff... If Popeye's is #1, Bo's is #1-A, in my most humble opinion... But with Bo's across the road from the crib, I will knock down a four piece like nobody's business...

I went to a popeyes down here and it didnt compare to any of the Bojangles in Charlotte. Maybe it was just a bad one.

Going to a Bojangles is one of the best parts of going back home now.
