Man I have a major sore throat. Does anybody have any home remedies I could try. I havent been able to eat anything in about 2 days, except for some chicken noodle soup.

Try Robitussin DM.

I had a sore throat for nearly a week a while ago and nothing worked. Buckleys, Halls, Chloraseptic, etc.

I went to the doctor and he said try a cough syrup that has DM in it. The DM is Dextromethorphan which is a cough suppressant. My sore throat went away that night.

Other stuff to try would be to garge with warm salt water. I also would eat yogurt which soothed the throat. Get well soon!

A lot of other remedies were mentioned but here's another, take a teaspoon of honey and drink it.

Not sure why I have waited so long to do this but I've decided to get DVR.

The cable guy is coming tomorrow. Anywhere between 12 and 6. Don't you hate that timeframe they give you? They will probably show up at 5:59 just to p*ss me off.

I just bought the first season of Dukes of Hazard and the 1948/1950 Superman Serial collection for the low prices of 14.99 and 19.99 respectively.
