Its 4:57 here in Cali, i never thought that i'd post here this late and NOT be drunk or at lease buzzing. Watched the fight at my boys pad, hooked me up with his girls best friend, went to another homies pad after and played some poker for a little bit.

My stat line looks like this...

12 pack of Corona, nice 20 year old milf, 50$ richer from the fight, 80$ richer from Texas Hold Em, and feeling great sober right now. Designated driver ftw.

They found a nug on the floor near my roommates bed, and that gave them probable cause to search our ****.

Good luck but it's a futile attempt. Maybe you and your roommate should move to Vancouver Seriously though I think weed isn't something that should be so vilified in North American society as I alluded to earlier it does have some benefits to those with health issues.

Well since NY calls their first level Trial Court the Supreme Court, I suppose you will. I gotta ask, what do you think you can challenge here? The nug they saw on the floor did give them probable cause for a search incident to lawful arrest, meaning the surrounding area, not just what was in plain sight. Plea it out, take the slap on the rest and don't mess up for a year or so.

Unless you think there were unlawful grounds for the cops entering your room to begin with, if so explain and I'll let you know.

Honestly i didn't think Manny would go in there and just dominate from start to finish, not bad for a "underdog". The 20 year old milf? in two words shes amazing and unbelievable. She kinda has a Sativa Rose look going for her, she might be drama though. Her baby daddy is locked up right now, poor fella, he's really missing out on something.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, because I understand that things just "happen' but why is it that single mothers feel so righteous and entitled to everything?

At this point of my life, I can not say that I have ever met a single mother who doesn't feel that the world owes her everything. I understand they face challenges in this world, but it still does not allow them to run around like a heffer in heat whenever they please.

I know there are good, honest, hard working single mothers out there, but I haven't met one yet. All of the ones I know or have met have all been on some kind of assistance, uneducated, substance dependent, and on a constant pity party.

It just irks me that they all come with this "stay out of my way because I am deprived" attitude and love to tell anyone who'll listen about how rough their life is while their doing absolutely nothing to better it.

Also, not stereotyping or trying to sound like a total jerk, but the typical person I am describing is usually homely and overweight. Maybe that has something to do with the "single" mother part, but I can't say for certain because someone had to find enough reason to give them the kid if you know what I mean...

But yeah, just had to get this off of my chest. Not sounding insensitive, but I just believe that if people are capable of bettering themselves that they should do it and not just create some kind of complex that makes them such a b****.
