Well, I'm hoping to not be near my computer when I'm drunk - so that isn't a possibility. However, even if I was absolutely hammered, I would never be as bad as some of the drunk posts we've seen on here.

So I get done with my final online, and I did a lot worse than I expected to...I calculate my grade up, and without having one report graded, I have a 79.9. I am a .1 of a point away from a B.

I worked my *** off to at least get a B in this class, and if this dude doesn't round up my grade, I'm gonna go freaking insane.

I have a final in...45 minutes, now...and honestly, I just don't give a damn about it. I don't know what it is, but lately I've reverted back to my mindset last year where I actually got excited about drinking and getting drunk up and all that good stuff. Most of this semester I've just felt like I wanted to turn my life around, make better decisions, etc...but **** that, I had a lot more fun and was a lot more stress free when I got hammered 5 times a week.

On the other hand, I am about to fail a final and probably, for the first time in my life, get below a B- in a class. It sucks and it certainly is an eye-opening experience....but **** it.

I watched a bit of a turkey earlier today. A 1948 comedy/musical with Frank Sinatra. If you know anything about the old Zorro movies and the like then you'll recognize the storyline as Sinatra is the son of "The Kissing Bandit" and he returns back to California after an education in Boston. Sinatra basically thinks he's been summoned back to take care of the family inn business but in reality he's brought back to take on the role of the kissing bandit.

He is talked into leading the bandit life by his father's closest friend and he along with others hold up a stage coach with the governor's daughter inside. Sinatra falls in love with her but doesn't kiss her which leads to misunderstandings and Sinatra trying to win her affections even going so far as to pose as the Spanish count who's been arranged to marry the governor's daughter.

The comedy is rather weak and the songs even weaker still but the acting is passable though Sinatra looks very uncomfortable in the movie. Kathryn Grayson who plays the love interest is beautiful in this film and one of the best character actors of the Golden Age of Hollywood (J. Carroll Naish) is Sinatra's sidekick.

It's a middling little film but a good time waster if you like that sorta thing.

Its 8 of us, none of them are real outgoing. It's going to be at a karaoke bar (boo) at 6:30 so no one will be there, none of them will do anything, and i would be willing to bet im outta there before 10.

I feel I can win my Unlawful Possession of Marijuana case quite easily, without the help of a lawyer, but I want to be sure I have all my bases covered. I've researched quite a few loopholes, as well as some plea bargains I could take.

I really don't want to spend $100 on a consultation fee, then have to spend hundreds of dollars on actual attorney fees if I end up needing a lawyer.

Ugh, why can't I just get some legal advice (like when and how to ask the DA for an ACOD), without having to sell my body to scrape up the cash to actually hire an attorney.

This situation has about convinced me to become a Lawyer myself. Make a ton of money by arguing against bull**** laws.
