I don't know Pennsylvania law nor am I giving legal advice but.......

My best educated guess is that nothing would happen to them if they weren't driving. You don't receive the full protection of the 4th Amendment with Breathalyzers but I can't think of what else they could nail you with just from the Breathalyzer. If they had caught you in possession of alcohol they would just cite you for that. That being said if you were riding a bike or another mode of transportation (even a horse) they could still compel the breathalyzer for the purposes of a DUI charge, but I don't know that you'd suffer the same consequences, license suspension, for a refusal to take it in that circumstance.

Well, I was thinking of getting back to play my PS2. I had a hard time deciding whether playing Black again (I finished it) or playin Killzone again (I didn't finish it and maybe still have the save I made when I last played it). But after wtching some Killzone vids I've decided this is my game. I mean, I don't really like futuristic shooters, but this one is pretty realistic and not to sci-fi. After watching this vid - what else do I need to make me want to play it?

(Yeah, I know it's not the Entertainment/Technology or console gaming forum, but these are just some thoughts).
      My Specs:

      ZX Spectrum
      CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
      GPU: Monochrome display
      RAM: 48 KB
      OS: Sinclair BASIC

I didn't hear my alarm and slept through school yet again.

          Woo.

Also, as much as I love (not in that way) my best friend, she pisses me off sometimes because of her ridiculously bad decision making skills. She's got a boyfriend and decides that she wants to start hanging out with this druggie kid (and I don't mean just weed either, I've heard him several times talk about using acid and other comparable drugs). So basically I told her that it was a ****ty decision and I don't want her to get surrounded by those type of people and don't want her to start doing that stuff, and also I don't want her to get taken advantage of by this douche because she seems happy finally, and I don't trust this kid at all. I know she wouldn't do anything willingly, but it still worries the hell out of me. She basically told me to go F myself and she doesn't care what I think, and now we're not talking. She also called me psycho. Great.

How in the world do you sleep through the whole school day?

The one good thing about having asthma is that during my senior year I missed like 2 months or something like that when you add in all of the classes I skipped and the days that I didn't go. I just had a pre written excuse from my mom that I would give to the attendance person and didn't have any problems.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Well at our school, if you show up later than 8:10 you're automatically put into in-school suspension, so when I woke up at like 10 I just said screw it and went back to bed until about 3.

Wow that's a terrible rule. Actually, it depends on the school. At my school in-school suspension was more fun than regular classes and I got all my work done quicker since I wasn't switching classes every hour.

Yeah, it's a horrible rule. I hate in-school because it's so damn boring. I haven't had one since 7th grade and don't feel like going through that again.

My freshman year we were allowed to come in late without that penalty, but then we got a new principal.

                        Congrats man. That's big.

If I lived in Cali, I would have applied there. But can't afford that out-of-state tuition...lol

Political Science, but I think I may change it to something a bit more relevant like Communications. Some schools also offer a minor in Management. Too bad UCLA doesn't have a straight business program. Only business econ. This is why I wanted to go to University of Texas or Arizona State. Their business programs (both undergrad AND graduate) are sick.

UCLA's graduate business school is really good, though.

I don't want a roommate, and I live 10 minutes away from UCLA, so conventional wisdom would send me there. But, I hate Los Angeles as a whole, and would love to move down to Irvine or SD which are both awesome schools in their own right. I just can't live with anyone.

Another "fun" day at the office has just started. I've decided to start coming late next month. That's probably the only way I'll get a key to my room. My roommate here comes every day at 9:30, so I guess I'll come at 9:30 too, but leave at 18:00 - just like I do now (when I don't need to stay overtime). Maybe after few days they'll ask me why I come late - and that's when I'll get my key very quickly.
I didn't realize how this key issue affects my feeling here, but it does. The more time passes without a key - the worse I feel here. Too bad because resigning is the last thing I wanna do. I need this job.
