Going back on a brutal diet tomorrow to get sub 10% body fat.

Daily diet:
Breakfast: 5 scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese
Lunch: 1 lb 80% lean ground beef, 1/2 bag spinach leaves, 1 slice cheese
Dinner: 5 scrambled eggs, 1 slice cheese, 1 salmon fillet
Drink: Water only
Supplement: multivitamin, fiber pills, Xtend (BCAA which are branch chain amino acids....I drink this when I workout or when I crave something sweet. I love it. Basically this is a "clean" diet...nothing major to see here.)

Damn man, is that anywhere near enough cals for you? Is that even 2,000?

Damn man, is that anywhere near enough cals for you? Is that even 2,000?

Eggs = 700 to 910
Cheese = 150
Salmon = 300
Ground beef = ~800 (I drain some of the fat, not all of it...I should probably start draining less)
Spinach leaf/leaves/whatever = doesn't matter

Right around 2000

I'll also have a couple hard boiled eggs at work tonight to hold me over until after my life.


By the way, I just realized JJLinn pretty much dropped out of school. That sucks man...college is usually just a huge social gathering...sorry it didn't go well.

I'd say lowlight. It's kinda funny, but kinda ****ty seeing you really don't wanna see someone fail. Unless they are horrible. Which I wouln't say he's horrible, just a little soft.

I'm all GODFATHER'ed out.

I spent the majority of my day watching the first two GODFATHER movies. I had tried watching them before when I was younger but felt it was boring but now that i'm more of a movie maven these days I sat and watched them. The first movie is a masterpiece and deserves all the praise it gets. The second film while also great just had too much "fat" in it. The acting was great though especially from the famous Lee Strasberg as Hyman Roth. I liked the young Vito Corleone storyline a bit more then the Michael storyline.

I'll watch part III sometime next week.
