                                            I've had 4 Telelemarketing calls in the last hour. Two from banks I don't even have an account with. One was telling me my car insurance was expiring when I don't even deal with that company. And the 4th call I said hello like six times with no answer.

                                                Don't move near a fire station if you own German Shepherds.

                                                At least I can take my hearing aids out, the singing/howling isn't near as loud that way.

                                                        It's not as bad as it would seem.

                                                        They have to drive down a neighborhood street to go by my house, and they don't do it too much overnight. It's just the times they do it during the day and evening the my dogs start singing/howling because of the sirens and it normally gives me a headache.

                                                        The early morning times are the worse, when I'm asleep and my dogs start up.

                                                            I guess that's the price you have to pay to have good guard dogs then.

                                                            Feed them some coffee cake, that will quiet them up.
