I know there are good, honest, hard working single mothers out there, but I haven't met one yet.

I actually know her, went to school with her all four of my HS years. I still regret acting like a ***** and not trying to hook up with her in HS, always thought she was out of my league.

Well since NY calls their first level Trial Court the Supreme Court, I suppose you will. I gotta ask, what do you think you can challenge here? The nug they saw on the floor did give them probable cause for a search incident to lawful arrest, meaning the surrounding area, not just what was in plain sight. Plea it out, take the slap on the rest and don't mess up for a year or so.

Unless you think there were unlawful grounds for the cops entering your room to begin with, if so explain and I'll let you know.

This week is going to blow. I hate finals week with a passion. I've got no homework so I don't feel compelled to do any school work but I've got to study for the finals. I usually just end up studying for each test in one session. Like today I'll probably study for my final that's tomorrow in one 2 hour session.



I'll be glad when I'm done with my last final on Thursday...I just don't want to go home. Its going to worsen the situation by 1,000 percent.

I have 3 finals next week. On Tuesday I have two, one at 6:00 PM and the other starting at 7:50 PM.

On Wednesday I have one actual final I think at 9:00 AM (History).

Then after my first class Wednesday I have another class that I have to due my 5-7 minute persuasive speech and then I'm done for 6 weeks!!
